Niestety hotel nie jest wart ceny noclegu biorąc pod uwagę kwestię udogodnień. Brak małej lodówki i czajnika w pokoju hotelu tej klasy to duży minus. Wystrój pokoju schludny, ale jakość tania. Obsługa jest nijaka. Pracownicy recepcji mało entuzjastycznie podchodzący do swojej pracy. Zameldowanie jednak było szybkie. Podczas naszego pobytu były duże opady śniegu, byliśmy w szoku, że nikt przez 2 dni nie zadbał o odśnierzenie terenu przed hotelem i tym samym nie zadbano o bezpieczeństwo gości hotelu.”

I had a great three-day stay at the Novotel. The staff were very friendly, and the breakfasts were tasty and varied. I really enjoyed being able to work out at the gym and then relax in the pool and jacuzzi in the evenings. The hotel's excellent location, close to the city center, is also a big plus. My mom and I are very satisfied and highly recommend this hotel.

Great location hotel, right to the centre and walking distance from offices as well as the old town. Great initiatives to reduce emissions, with a treat left at your door when you opt out of having room cleaned for a night. You can also adopt a plant during your stay and take one up to your room. Lovely breakfast

The Hotel ist very well located in the Center of Katowice. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is very new, therefore everything is in good shape. The standard room was very clean and spacious! I also really liked the breakfast, there was a huge variety of fresh foods, you could also squeeze your juices by yourself. I will definitely choose that hotel for my next stay in Katowice.

My Standard Single Room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, making it a great winter retreat. The service was friendly, with the staff always ready to help. I loved the facilities, especially the free gym and relaxing sauna—perfect after a day of sightseeing! The only downside was a slightly outdated decor, but overall, I had a fantastic stay. This is the fourth time I have lived here and I live here every time I travel. Good location, very close to the train station. There is a ramen restaurant next to it. The need for room promotion was raised and the reception was readily agreed. Breakfast is very rich

The hotel is literally two steps from the train station, making it a great base for exploring the city. It was incredibly quiet – I couldn't hear a sound from outside the room, even though my window faced the railway tracks. The water dispenser on each floor is a brilliant idea – it was a lifesaver in the heat. As for negatives, and these are really nitpicks: the mattress was too soft for me and the duvet was too thick.

The room was spacious, the facilities were beautiful, and the room service was excellent. Plus, I could buy a small glass of wine at the front desk after work each day – that was my favorite part. Compared to other hotels in Europe, the value for money in Poland is outstanding.

The hotel has a dated 70s exterior, and while the rooms are more 90s, they feel basic and a bit tired. It’s located next to the monastery but also next to a nightclub, so the noise made it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was overpriced for what it offered but the service was overall very good.
