Hannu z Finlandii.
Byłem w hotelu przez 10 tydzień, czyli tuż przed Ramadą. Hotel jest czysty, jedzenie jest dobre, czystość jest dobra. Woda w krytym basenie jest przynajmniej wystarczająco ciepła. Pole golfowe w odległości spaceru. W sumie bardzo dobra atmosfera.
Ładny wschód słońca.
Prawdopodobnie wrócę.

Plaża jest dobra z dużą ilością leżaków
Bardzo ładne baseny, a wewnętrzny basen z wodą morską jest niesamowity
Niestety niektóre pokrowce na leżaki były bardzo brudne (załączone zdjęcie)
Poza tym cały personel recepcji i personel dobrze współpracują i są wspaniali (szczególnie Ghofrin i Jehid)

Bonjour je vais vous donnez mon avis personnel par rapport à ce que j’ai vu et vécu dans cet hôtel il est pas 4 étoiles sincèrement je me suis fait avoir en arrivant je trouve pas de piscine ni couverte ni extérieur c’est décevant et le petit déjeuner écurant on dirait la cantine de mon ancienne faculté bref c’est juste des appartements à louer donc pas de luxe

A professionally run five star hotel at the center of sousse. Interior design in the hotel is impressive and eye-catching. Flawless cleaning service. Rooms are immaculate, furniture is new. We stayed there three nights, and had room service every day without an interuption, which was great.
Staffs are friendly and welcoming, especially those working at the reception. Muhammed was extremely professional, has resolved a couple of issues pretty quickly. He was so kind, he allowed us late check out as our flight was running in the evening.
Food was delicious and was enough for us. We loved their freshly made smoothie in the breakfast and in the dinner.

GGuest UserOverall, it was a good experience. We had contacted before arriving asking for an early check-in due to traveling with a 2 year old, but no rooms were available.
The room was brilliant, and they delivered a cot straight away when we got in there.
The pool was great for the little one. Drinks were fairly prompt.
When going back to the room, various appliances were not working. A quick word with reception, and someone was there immediately and fixed it all. Someone then came to check 30 minutes later (great service).
Had room service. Mixed our order up but they came quick enough and apologized. Salad was tasty, but the jambon and cheese sandwich had no cheese.
Breakfast had a good range. Fresh omelets were nice but wish I could have had fresh scrambled eggs.

LLouise ThorpeWonderful from start to finish! I could not recommend this hotel more. For me, it was the hotel team. The hotel community went out of their way to connect with others and genuinely seemed to care. They showed pride in customer service and expressed that they take their five-star reputation seriously.
The room standard was amazing. Due to rooms being fully booked over Christmas, I needed to switch hotels for the main Christmas days. I switched to the biggest and supposedly most “ luxury “ hotel in Sousse. Honestly, the switch was not worthwhile. I realized just how exceptional the quality is at the Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay.
The housekeeping team visited daily providing toiletries, clean bathrobes and nice extras ( such as sweets and chocolates) to the room. Their friendly faces with their cheerful banter were a pleasure to embrace each day.
The food quality was great! I do not consume meat or dairy but that didn’t make a difference, there truly is something for everyone. The fresh food selection was incredible and certainly unbeatable to those I had tried elsewhere in Sousse and Tunis. The cooks shared helpful recommendations and I tried a range of fresh local flavours. This hotel was comfortable, with a cheerful friendly team and positioned with an exceptional view of a gorgeous quiet beach. I would happily stay again, and I highly recommend the Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay.
I would like to extend a huge thank you to the remarkable team.

I was in the hotel for week 10, that is, just before the Ramada. The hotel is clean, the food is good, the cleanliness is good. At least the water in the indoor swimming pool is warm enough. Golf course within walking distance. All in all, a very good atmosphere.

GGuest UserVery nice hotel, the entrance feels like a palace. The room was very spacious with a desk and a balcony with a table, perfect for smokers. Excellent value for money. The food is very good and varied. The indoor pool, which is the only one available in winter, is quite small and limited but honestly superb and clean. The staff is very professional and attentive. A small negative point is that you can't have visitors come up to your room during the day. I'm not talking about overnight stays, of course, that's understandable. You can only host them in the lobby lounge or in one of the hotel's restaurants and cafes. Big shout out to the guy at the bar, he took great care of me and my family during their visit.

BBeijingtupangziBecause I booked a beach family hotel and was cheated, I temporarily booked this one, just on the beach, and at the same time in the city center. The train station came out 100 meters. The room was clean and tidy, the service was not bad, although not very warm, it was decent. There is its own private beach, and there are people who are specially supervised to help guests arrange benches. The pool is also good, although I did not go to the sea, it is a bit cold. The beach resort hotel on the tall, but unfortunately stayed for one night, there is a small balcony, you can also massage (although there is no time to experience), you can rush without brains. By the way, breakfast is not bad.

施施Very good hotel, reasonable SPA price, 20% discount for hotel guests, special technicians are in place to abide by the law, Ctrip also offers a buffet dinner and breakfast for low room rates, which is really a pleasant surprise! There is also a karaoke PARTY in the hotel lobby at night. In short, this is a perfect accommodation experience!
