Location is perfect with many coffee shop, restaurant, retail shop n banks. The hotel is cosy but tidy. The service is up to standard. Just the air condition is not strong enough that making the room’s ventilation not very nice. The breakfast buffet is well served.

We stayed here for about 11 days . Location is good . Room size is decent. They upgraded us for the first few days. Only downside is that no one comes to the room to clean. We had to request water , toilet paper every day which was quite annoying

We had no sound complained in a very good location, we were very comfortable and very nice. Only the towels had hairs on the handcuffs, as I expected it to be cleaner and hygienic in the walls. I recommend it as a f/p.

GGuest UserThe Green Park Ankara Oteli'nde kaldığım süre boyunca oda imkanlarından ve hizmetlerinden çok memnun kaldım. Kaldığım odanın boyutları, konumu ve manzarası çok iyiydi. Odanın temizliği de kaldığım dört gün boyunca düzenli olarak yapıldı. Özellikle kat hizmetleri görevlileri çok nazikti ve isteklerimi kısa süre içinde yerine getirdi. Daha önceki konaklamalarıma göre otelin çok daha düzenli olduğunu gözlemledim. Sabun, şampuan gibi ürünlerin dışında odada tıraş seti ve diş fırçası seti verilmesi çok yerinde olmuş. Önceki kaldığım dönemlerde diğer konukların gürültülerinden ve dışarıdaki gürültülerden çok rahatsız olmuştum. Bu sefer böyle bir gürültü işitmedim veya herhangi bir rahatsızlık hissetmedim. Oteldeki çalışanların da eskisine göre daha ilgili olduğunu hissettim. Daha önceki gelişlerimde de en çok kahvaltısından memnun kalmıştım. Bu sefer, öğlen verilen yemekleri ve tatlıları da tatma fırsatım oldu. Otelde sunulan yemekler gayet lezzetli ve çeşitliydi. Tüm çalışanlara teşekkür ediyorum.

AAnnaI really loved the experience in here, the location is one of the bests (it's really close to everywhere)The bed had one of the comfiest mattresses ever. The staff is really nice and skilled. The only thing is that we had sometimes problems with the parking since it was so full and we would've enjoyed if the gym was a bit more equipped it would've been great if they had mats. As recommendation, the cleaning could be better, cleaning the floors in the room as part of housekeeping everyday would be an upgrade.  Overall I recommend this hotel for location, facilities and the service they got 24/7, if you are looking for a very comfortable stay in ankara it would be te best option, specially if its for a business trip.

LLocal Guide1Our stay at Radisson Blu Ankara was a mixed experience. Honestly, I had a bit of trouble understanding why it's a 5-star hotel. In Turkey, you sometimes question whether just having alcohol service is enough to qualify for 5 stars. Despite being cleaned daily, the rooms were quite dry and dusty. Whenever we first entered the room, there was always dust on the glass tables, which negatively impacted our initial impression. We had to change rooms at 2 AM because they had heated our room so much, and there was no cooling available in winter, so our baby and we couldn't sleep due to the heat. Despite all this, the staff were genuinely wonderful. They were all very helpful and attentive, which allowed us to tolerate what could have been a much worse experience. I'd easily give the staff 5 stars, but in my opinion, the hotel's overall condition is at most a 3-star level.

AArzu GILLA magnificent hotel in every way. The rooms are very comfortable, all the staff are very friendly and helpful. I requested a room on the upper floors, they did not refuse my request and prepared a very nice room. The reception answers all your questions and needs, they are very attentive and friendly. The hotel is in the heart of Tunali, safe and within walking distance to important points. Thanks to housekeeping ( especially to Cigdem), room service and all the staff at the reception.

GGuest UserThe hotel has a very pleasant and comfortable environment, which made my stay relaxing from the beginning. I would especially like to thank Ferhat, Omer, and the rest of the hotel staff for their incredible help and kindness. When I first arrived at the hotel, I unfortunately realized that I had left my phone in a taxi. The staff immediately took action — they helped check the security cameras, contacted the taxi company, and eventually managed to get in touch with the driver. Throughout the whole process, they were extremely patient, warm-hearted, and supportive. I was truly touched by their professionalism and genuine care. This experience made my stay much more reassuring, and I am deeply grateful for their help.

GGuest UserFirst of all, there is no private parking garage. Parking is on the street in front and across from the hotel. Breakfast was very basic and they were short staffed. Room was good size, comfortable bed. Missing the sofa/chair. Missing iron and the ironing board. I had to request them which they brought to me but the iron was half broken. There were 2 small bottles of shampoo، 2 small bottles of conditioner and 2 small bottles of body wash and one very small bar of soap. There was a hair dryer, teapot, slippers and 2 free water bottles. The room was a non smoking room, but in the middle of the night I could smell heavy cigarette smoke.

GGuest UserOlder hotel, good location, there are many restaurants nearby, half an hour walk from the shopping center. The room is big enough, the bed is big enough, the service is good. Basic configuration is available, the bathtub is good. But the wardrobe, table are old, the equipment is old. The hair dryer in our room stopped for about ten seconds and could not be used. This is not good. The safe is small and old. Breakfast feels so-so, not too many varieties.

The hotel is right next to [subway entrance/attraction], and it’s just a few minutes' walk to [shopping district/famous attraction], which is incredibly convenient for tourists. Secondly, the service was truly touching. The front desk staff, [Mr. Wang/Ms. Li], were warm and thoughtful. Since we arrived early, they very kindly prioritized arranging a room for us. During check-in, they provided a detailed introduction to the hotel facilities and nearby dining options, and were happy to answer all our questions. Most importantly, the room facilities were a pleasant surprise. It looked exactly like the promotional photos – very clean and tidy. The mattress was just right, not too soft and not too firm, so we slept very comfortably. The toiletries were of good quality, and the hot water flow was quick and stable. Little details like [the free mini-bar, smart toilet, and large floor-to-ceiling windows] significantly enhanced the quality of our stay.
