Zameldowanie było dość łatwe i szybkie. Hotel nie jest w idealnej lokalizacji, jeśli nie jeździsz samochodem. Do centrum handlowego trzeba kawałek dojść, ale po drugiej stronie ulicy jest sklep, ale przejście przez ulicę jest dość trudne. Pokój był odpowiedniej wielkości, ale nie ma w nim dodatkowych kosmetyków, takich jak szczoteczka do zębów, grzebień itp., więc upewnij się, że masz swoje. Korytarze pachniały dymem, a siłownia znajduje się na parterze, ale przez cały mój pobyt była nieczynna.

TTravelers.The room is large and clean, and the bathroom is bright. However, slippers, toothbrushes and other supplies are not provided. If necessary, you have to ask at the front desk, but slippers are not provided. There is a private parking space. However, there are several stairs to go from the lobby to the room, so you need to carry your luggage. 15 minutes drive from the airport. There are many restaurant options nearby.

RRae FrykbergWe arrived around 2:30 ish pm and needed to get to our room, order LYFT and go to a meeting scheduled for 5:00 pm. The desk person said check in time is 4:00 but would ck to see if a room had been cleaned and ready for occupancy. He verified one was ready and allowed us to go to that room. We were appreciative of the cleaning staff and the desk person. All the hotel employees were friendly and courteous. The desk personnel even helped me with getting a Lyft app set up on my phone. The breakfast buffet was really good and extensive. There was always a line to cook waffles which caused a back up and slow moving line. Maybe have more waffle irons available. I wanted to order food from a nearby Panera Bread but the desk personnel called and/or looked up on line to find it had closed. She suggested if I placed an order thru the Panera Bread app, the person who drives the shuttle could take me to a different Panera Bread a little further away to pick up the food. I accepted her offer, bought the driver a snack and gave her a tip. I was able to have a wonderful mid afternoon meal. The beds were very comfortable. I like the bathroom door with ”cloudy” glass which allows light in for use of the bathroom overnight. I like the use of attached to the wall containers of bath soap, etc. which definitely cuts down on use of smaller containers partially used and thrown away. One important thing we suggest is the street sign for Arrow Street be much larger. Not being locals, the area was unfamiliar with us, there is heavy traffic and the Arrow Street sign is very hard to see. Otherwise, we were very happy staying in this hotel.

YYUWENThe location is very good, walking distance from the Meadowmont to go, one side is the fast road on the side of the woods, there is a special walking/riding lane, followed by navigation and culvert crossing the road to a pond and lawn hillside, behind which is the office building to go. There are trails to the business center of Meadowmont, which is convenient for Harris Teeter supermarket, Quickley tea shop, pizza shop, etc. The room and service are normal.

I got locked out of my room a couple of times, but the front clerk helped me. I liked the fitness center, except one of the machines didn't work. The walls are kind of thin. JJessiWe booked a room for 2 adults and 1 infant. Our room was nice and spacious with a king sized bed and a chaise lounge sofa -that also was a fold out bed. The room was even large enough for us to comfortably open a Pack-n-Play and still have plenty of room to function. It fit perfectly beside the bed and did not block the sofa so that it could still be used. The room also had two dressers, a tv, a desk with chair, two night stands, a mini fridge, coffee maker, closet with safe and a bathroom with a glass door shower (no tub). This hotel is pet friendly too, so I noticed some claw marks/scratches on the back of our door -but it wasn't very noticeable. The hotel also has a fitness/gym room and a pool. There is a sign in the bathroom that states in order to save on water/energy waste they will change out towels and sheets every three days, but if you’d prefer everyday then just let the front staff know. We stayed for 5 nights and our linens never got changed out, nor did the trash. (Not a dealbreaker for me, as I like my privacy and knew no one had been in our room.) The staff was really nice and greeted us each morning as we went for our outings. They even offered to take photos for us so we can show our little one when he’s older. Overall, our stay was lovely. Would definitely book this hotel again when visiting Raleigh.

GGuest UserI had stayed at the hotel years ago when I first visited Raleigh. It was delightful. I have noticed there was no way to have food in the hotel which is a bummer if you come there and have to order food. There was a bar to have a drink. I am coming from out of town. It would have been nice to have a nightcap before tucking into bed. I noticed the pool was not up and running. I also notice that only 1 elevator was working. If you step inside, it dropped and would not always open level to the floor. This is a big hazard, especially for the vision impaired. Breakfast choices were few. If you are going to serve a buffet, have had sanitizer available. Get a juice machine to offer guests different varieties of juice. Use napkins instead of paper towels. To prevent covid, allow guest to place their hands in a glove to help ensure no transmittal of germs. The front desk clerk is not a food attendant. Hire someone to be there to watch the food. The edges of the food had set in pan so long that the edges were hard and unable to chew. My rest was appropriate. The room was clean. If I had the option to stay there again, I would refuse.
