I had a really good stay. The hotel was new, clean and the price was truly reasonable even included the breakfast. The staff was really friendly and kind. I would highly recommend to others. if I travel to Samarkand again I will definitely stay there.

We were thoroughly satisfied with our stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, the front desk manager kindly upgraded our room to a suite in celebration of my wife's upcoming birthday—a thoughtful gesture that set the tone for our visit. The suite, featuring a separate bedroom and living room, was impeccably clean and beautifully maintained. Breakfast was delicious, offering a wide range of continental options. While I would have appreciated more local dishes, the variety and quality were excellent. Both the reception and dining staff were friendly, attentive, and eager to assist. The SPA area and swimming pool were spacious, clean, and designed to offer plenty of privacy, even when other guests were present. Tip: About 100 meters to the left of the hotel, there’s a fantastic local BBQ restaurant with affordable, tasty food. A heartfelt thanks to the hotel management and staff for the upgrade and making our stay truly memorable.

We are so happy and satisfied with this hotel until the day we checked out. We were accused of taking the laundry bag which is worth 300k Uzbek SUM. I went up with 2 staff and it turned out it was in the drawer all the time (the funny thing is I never even touched it.) I don’t blame these 2 staff as I know it is their responsibility to make sure nothing was missing/stolen (though next time it would be appreciated if they can check it more thoroughly.) What truly pissed me off is the attitude from another female staff at the reception named Zarifa. From the moment we checked out, she just looked grumpy and when my friend said “we never used it”, she reacted with “I am sure you did” in a very rude way! Even later on, it turned out to be in the drawer in the room, she was not even apologetic (the other 2 staff at least said “sorry for the mistake.” This is one of the 2 five star hotels in Samarkand and I just hope what we paid at this hotel is equivalent to the amount of respect you show to your customers. The hotel really NEEDS to put more training in your staff’s service. By the way, we had a really nice chat with another staff named “Firdav” at the first floor bar (if I remember his name correctly, he is tall and bit skinny). He had worked in Hilton for 2 years and the professionalism and politeness he demonstrated is just another level. PLEASE LEARN FROM HIM THAT HOW A STAFF AT 5 STAR HOTEL SHOULD BEHAVE AND TREAT THEIR GUESTS!!

Podczas rezerwacji nie można wybrać łóżka dla dziecka. System rezerwacyjny hotelu wyświetla pokój jako dwuosobowy, ponieważ dzieci nie są w nim uwzględnione. Należy jednak dopłacić za łóżko dla dziecka w hotelu, choć wygodniej byłoby zapłacić z góry podczas rezerwacji. Zameldowano nas w pokoju dwuosobowym z trzema osobami i 14-letnim dzieckiem. W pobliżu znajduje się jednak małe miasteczko z restauracjami i uliczkami przypominającymi stare miasto. Hotel znajduje się poza Samarkandą. Mieliśmy również problem ze złapaniem taksówki; podali nam jedną cenę, potem zobaczyli nasz bagaż, a taksówkarz doliczył nam 40%.

We stayed at this hotel for a few days as a couple and had a pleasant experience. The hotel is new, modern, and comfortable. Although it’s located a bit outside the city center (around 15 minutes by taxi, costing about 30,000 UZS), the area around it is quite charming – a newly developed park zone with music fountains, restaurants, photo spots, a water park, and canals. The staff were always friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was varied and enjoyable. Overall, a nice and comfortable place to stay.

Выбирала отель по расположению. Очень удобно добираться до Самарканд Сити - по утрам и вечерам в городе пробки. Отель порадовал всем, начиная с экстерьера. Красиво и внутри и снаружи. Номер просторный - с двумя!!! Очень чисто! Постельное бельё и полотенца мягкие и белоснежные. Номер пахнет чистотой! В санузле отдельный регулятор температуры, это суперкомфортно. На завтрак - много разных фруктов, достаточно большой выбор еды, еда халяль. Очень отзывчивый весь персонал, но особо хотелось отметить молодого человека на дневном ресепшн, не запомнила имя, к моему большому сожалению. Потому что его отношение к посетитетям лучше чем в 5-ти звездочном отеле - отзывчивость и клиентоориентированность на высоте! В целом, все ребята очень отзывчивы и профессиональны! Отдельный плюс - круглосуточная кофейня, где есть столик с usb зарядками. Спа-комплекс достаточно большой, но я не успела посетить. Хотя в стоимость проживания входят несколько процедур!!! Сауна и солевая комната, например. С удовольствием буду рекомендовать этот отель и обязательно вернусь сама. Ещё важный момент - если добираться на такси, то нужно обязательно отмечать именно отель, потому что по такому же адресу есть другая локация на карте. Спасибо отелю за прекрасные впечатления о Самарканде!

Great 3 nights stay at Movenpick hotel with all amenities. Very convenient and close to the Gour Emir monument (4/5mn by walk) and the Registan square (15/16mn). A lot of cafe and restaurants around the hotel as we didn’t book the hotel breakfast. As we are lazy to dine out, we enjoyed twice diners at the restaurant Caramelle (really juicy manti and tasteful somsa & soups) We tried the sauna (hammam was under reparation) and the fitness. We had pleasant drinks at the pool bar. So we can recommend the Movenpick hotel at Samarkand. And the room rates are very affordable for a 4,5/5* hotel.

We really liked the hotel. It’s new, clean, with nice rooms and a good breakfast. Conveniently close to the airport; it’s better to take a taxi to the main attractions, but everything is within about 10 minutes. The staff are friendly and genuinely try to help the guests.
