„Absolutely fantastic! It's so clean and bright, with all the amenities you could ask for. I especially loved the projector, and the bathtub was a close second! All the tissues and toiletries provided are single-use, and I was so surprised they even had bath towels and toilet seat covers – and the tissues were still sealed! It felt incredibly clean and hygienic, with amazing attention to detail. The owner and house manager were also super thoughtful and attentive; they proactively asked if I wanted housekeeping, but only emptied the trash without touching my personal belongings. Security was great too, with a coded main door and an extra lock from the inside. The lake view is stunning! My two-night stay was incredibly relaxing. This was my first time staying at a guesthouse, and it was a superb experience!”

„What an absolute GEM of an experience, a true B&B!! Everything about my stay was wonderful. The sweet elderly couple that runs this B&B was overly helpful, kind, and sweet. Despite our language barrier, they went above and beyond in the hospitality realm. They not only drove me to the Enshi Grand Canyon Visitor Center but also picked me up when I was finished. The breakfasts were amazing and super traditional. The spacious rooms have an unbeatable view!! They gave me free water for my hikes, and even a few beers on the house. If you are looking for a true B&B stay, do yourself a favor and stay here!!”

„The location is very near to the mrt and there’s a mall near there. Under the hotel, there are a lot of restaurants too. The room is tidy and we can wash our clothes! It’s a perfect place to just crash out after a tiring day. I would personally recommend to rent the loft instead of a personal room because it’s a little difficult to go to the room. There’s a narrow stair to go to the room. Also, the room is not soundproof, so it’s a bit uncomfortable.”

„We had an amazing stay at this hotel! We were traveling with another couple to go skiing for the New Year's weekend and needed a place where we can all stay together and this place was perfect. They have nice big rooms with two floors each floor with its own bed perfect for two couples. The balcony is super spacious and it's great for hanging out. Our friends loved the bathtub on the second floor. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly always ready to help with any request. On new years eve we were treated to a relaxing tea brewing and after one of the staff walked us all the way to a bar that gave us 6 free beers.The rooms are beautiful and clean and the location is perfect. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel when visiting Shennongjia!”

„My boyfriend and I just had the most special stay here. From the moment we arrived, the wonderful team looked after us and helped with everything and anything we could want. We’d wanted to eat dinner upon arrival, and so they provided some of the nicest Chinese food I’ve had to date! My recommendation is the fried eggs and leek. We were obsessed! 🤤 The room and the amenities were really high quality, and I especially enjoyed the incredible view from our bedroom. Daily, we were given snacks and fruits. The food was so good that we ordered again on our second night. Truly, the food was 10/10!! For the room, everything was clean, modern and worked well. All the staff were excellent, too. Yang Yang was especially wonderful (picture of us together!) and made sure we had the best time. She helped with organising our trip, including travel. She is a warm, kind person who made all the difference to our trip. She also introduced us to 土豆 the cat—he was just as delightful! As a foreigner in China, sometimes it can be tricky to navigate how best to travel certain areas. This hotel and the wonderful people here made us feel at home. „I stayed here for four nights, and my overall experience was absolutely perfect. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Wuhan! **Amazing Location:** It's super close to Bagong Mansion and the Yangtze River, just a few minutes' walk away. All the dining, drinking, and entertainment options you could want are nearby, making getting around incredibly convenient. The rooftop terrace offers great river views by day, and transforms into a bar at night with live singers and stunning nightscapes. We received complimentary signature cocktails upon check-in, and we also ordered beer and cigars. There was even a bubble machine blowing bubbles, creating an incredible atmosphere! **Super Comfortable Stay:** Our room was cleaned daily, and amenities were replenished. They offer free laundry and drying service for clothes. The bedding was incredibly soft and skin-friendly. I prefer a higher pillow, and after switching to the buckwheat and latex pillows, I slept incredibly soundly. The most pleasant surprise was the soundproofing – despite being on a street, it wasn't noisy at all. It was very quiet at night, ensuring excellent rest. **Flawless Service Details:** The check-in process at the 7th-floor front desk felt very ceremonial; you get to retrieve your room key from a safe yourself. Check-out was quick and easy, just hand the room card to the staff on the 1st floor. A special shout-out to the sales manager, who was super nice and provided one-on-one service. They proactively shared local sightseeing routes and recommended several old-school restaurants popular with locals, and every single one was a hit! Plus, the daily afternoon tea and late-night snacks were never repeated, and there was so much food we couldn't possibly finish it all. In short, this stay had absolutely no shortcomings. I will definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Wuhan and won't hesitate to recommend it to my friends!”

„Very old, local building. I would find this charming as a solo traveler because I like adventurous, local things. But this was a romantic getaway with my girlfriend who expects a certain level of cleanliness and modern facilities. Also an actual hotel, not a private residence. The owner tried to fix everything so they are very nice. But it just wasn’t acceptable as a hotel. I had suspicions when I couldn’t find exterior photos of the building. It’s very dirty and local. The “disposable towels” was the worst part — they do not work. Good towels is a very easy way to please guests so this was terrible.”

This guesthouse is absolutely fantastic, I loved it! The atmosphere was great; everyone enjoyed playing board games and singing karaoke together. It was also very clean. **Facilities:** Very comprehensive. **Hygiene:** Extremely clean, with separate shower and toilet facilities, and no unpleasant odors. **Environment:** Very artistic. **Service:** Very thoughtful and complete.

This hotel/retreat is an incredibly special place, and I feel so grateful to have come across it in my travels, as it will hold a special place in my memory! I have a strong feeling that I will be back (possibly many times!) in the future. I cannot say enough good things about it, whether it be the beautiful architectural design of the buildings and landscaping of the property, the gorgeous cafe, the zen-like room aesthetic, the calm and nourishing atmosphere of the whole place, the incredibly kind staff, and the nourishing and delicious food (which is made with great attention and care paid to the ingredients (most of which are grown on the farm), and their healing principles according to the elements and Chinese medicine nutrition)). There are free evening healing offerings too, including sound healing, card reading, and other thing, which bring guests together to experience collectively as well, in a beautiful retreat center room. The cafe/lobby building is such a pretty and welcoming space, one could easily spend hours enjoying a conversation or reading a book, or petting one of the many adorable cats that roam the property. Even walking along the meandering path to the hotel from the main road is a beautiful experience, winding through tea fields in this magical valley at the base of steep mountains surrounding it. I have stayed at a number of hotels in China during my travels, but this place is by far my favorite of all of them, for its authentic feel and heartfelt warmth. It truly is a uniquely powerful place for healing and restoration, nestled in such a picturesque, quiet hillside of Wudang mountain!!

The newly built hotel has very tall rooms and complete facilities: the courtyard is spacious and the garden landscape is great. The boss is friendly and the food is delicious and affordable. It is very close to the Earth's Core Valley (2.5KM to the visitor center), and it is very convenient to drive there.

It was my first time to experience tent accommodation. My daughter liked it very much. The hair dryers were all Dyson and the mattresses were heated. They were very considerate. The air on the mountain was really good! Suggestion: The noodles could be bigger☺️!

The location is convenient, and there's free parking. The surrounding area is quiet and clean, with excellent facilities. The hotel is right at the entrance of the scenic area's ticket office, very close, less than a 100-meter walk. If you stay in a room on the right side, you can even see the vehicles departing. Most importantly, it doesn't feel overly commercialized; it truly blends with the natural harmony of the mountain.

We had an excellent stay at this homestay, which exceeded the quality of most hotels I've stayed in. The room was spotless and well-furnished, with no worn-down furniture, a great pillow selection, and high-quality toiletries like shampoo. This family-owned and managed property offers outstanding service. The staff's service was exceptional—they set up a WeChat group for communication and assisted us with transfers to and from the railway station. Additionally, they arranged a mini-van with a driver for a full-day tour at a very reasonable price, making our trip hassle-free. The breakfast was a highlight, made with fresh, organic ingredients and homemade dishes. They have their own tea farm, and the tea tasted delicious. The homestay is beautifully located up on a mountain above the nearby town. Despite the remote location, the staff provided transfers to and from town since there were no taxis available. Overall, this homestay provided a delightful and memorable experience. We are from Wuhan and have stayed here before. This time we came here to relax for a day, eat some snacks, drink some coffee, bask in the sun, chat with friends, and interact with the animals on the farm. It was very pleasant. The environment was good all day. The attitude of the staff was relatively good, and it is worth recommending.

The room is very standard. Everything is very clean and nice. The toilet is very local tho. The owners are super nice! It’s an old couple with very good grisly attitude, who provide local simple breakfast and a ride to the airport.

This guesthouse met my expectations perfectly. After an exhausting day at Enshi Grand Canyon, all I wanted was to lie down, and this guesthouse is super close, just a few minutes' drive from the visitor center. The owner even came out to greet us, making it easy to spot the place. The room had an amazing view and was very bright. The sofa was really spacious, perfect for lounging around. The complimentary snacks and fruit were a pleasant surprise – I even tried the stinky dried tofu and had a good laugh. We pre-ordered dinner, which was home-style cooking. Enjoying the beautiful scenery with a little wine, isn't that what a good trip is all about? The family room was huge, well-equipped, clean, and had a great wet/dry separation in the bathroom. Breakfast was also something to look forward to. My noodles were a bit salty, but I still polished them off! 😅 The housekeeper was always smiling, which made our stay very comfortable. I even took photos to praise them!
