Dobrze zlokalizowany, dobry personel.
Zameldowanie jest o 16:00 i wyjazd o 11:00. Powinni rozważyć wyjazd o 12:00, ponieważ hotel położony w obszarze plaży, wyjazd o 11:00 jest jakbyśmy nie mogli cieszyć się częścią dnia.

A casa era ótima, a localização super central e lugar de estacionamento na garagem. Fizemos a reserva e não informaram que o check não é feito no apartamento, quando lá chegamos a campainha estava estragada e não havia qualquer tipo de informação na porta. Um senhor de um restaurante perto disse para nos dirigirmos ao hotel que pertencia ao grupo para pedirmos ajuda. Percebemos a chegada que o check in era realizado lá só que ninguém informou portanto perdemos 45min com a questão do check-in…

Hotel com boa localização e staff atencioso. A limpeza poderia ser melhorada e o quarto precisa de alguma remodelação/modernização.
Tratando-se de um quarto com kitchenette, estes deveriam estar equipados com máquina de café - quando questionado na recepção o porquê do nosso quarto não ter máquina de café (tendo em conta que já teríamos ficado neste hotel noutra altura), foi-nos dito que nem todas as tipologias de quarto têm acesso a máquina de café.

AAugusto H.The location of the apartment is perfect, in front of the sea, with direct access to the beach and the pool, ideal for a few days of rest. However, the services leave a lot to be desired. The apartment does not have any type of amenities, such as a bottle of water, coffee or other products usually available in 4-star accommodations.
Despite having a coffee machine and a dishwasher, there wasn't even a coffee capsule or washing up liquid. There was also no drainer to dry hand-washed dishes. I requested twice, both by phone and in person, a pair of slippers and detergent for the washing machine, but they were never delivered. I even went to reception (which is in another structure) during the night, where they assured me that they would be delivered the next morning, which did not happen.
In short, the apartment is spacious and well located, but the total lack of services and the lack of attention to guests' requests make the experience quite disappointing. A shame, because the space has a lot of potential.

GGuest UserApartment as described, however we were located in a part of the hotel with no view of anywhere. Lots of sounds in the hotel. Indoor pool with lots of children (maybe restricting the hours would be a good idea) Impossible to relax. Good breakfast, fresh products and always replenished, but small area for the number of people.

Mmaria carrilhoThe house was great, the location was super central and there was a parking space in the garage. We made the reservation and they didn't inform us that check-in is not done at the apartment, when we got there the doorbell was broken and there was no information on the door. A man from a nearby restaurant told us to go to the hotel that belonged to the group to ask for help. We realized upon arrival that check in was done there, but no one informed us, so we lost 45 minutes with the check-in issue...
