Overall, it’s a good clean place to stay for 1–2 nights. Despite its central location, the area is quite peaceful. If you book a room on the 3rd floor, you might hear some noise from the room right in front of yours. I appreciated the coffee machine with capsules — a nice touch.
However, there were a few downsides: the two single duvets were quite small, and I felt cold; a larger, warmer duvet would be preferable. The mansard room isn’t ideal for tall people, and the shower tended to clog quickly. Also, the showerhead holder was placed too high. Lastly, the carpeted floor made it difficult to drag a heavy suitcase around.

Wyposażenie pokoju jest w pełni kompletne, higiena jest na wysokim poziomie, a lodówka jest również bardzo czysta. Ilość przyborów kuchennych, kubków i talerzy jest wystarczająca, a materac jest miękki. Transport jest wygodny. Do pobliskiego dworca kolejowego można dojść w zaledwie 5 minut, a do przystanku tramwajowego – w 6–7 minut.

Niedawno zatrzymałem się w apartamencie Next Door w Krakowie, w Polsce, na 5 nocy. Lokalizacja jest świetna, blisko parku i 15 minut tramwajem do starego miasta. Pokój był bardzo schludny i czysty, dokładnie taki, jak pokazano na zdjęciach. Personel był bardzo przyjazny. Ale jakoś przypadkowo zostałem obciążony podwójną opłatą za pokój, która, jak powiedzieli, zostanie zwrócona w ciągu dwóch dni. Chociaż pokój był apartamentem, nie było w nim kubków, talerzy ani żadnych przyborów kuchennych. W pokoju była kuchenka mikrofalowa i lodówka, ale nie było suszarki do włosów, co było trochę rozczarowujące.

The check in process was a little confusing because the phone number given in the email was not exactly where you check in. The guy in the phone gave us another phone number so we had to call twice.
Room was nice and well equipped with cups, plates, frying pan, hair dryer, hangers, towel etc.

It’s a quaint hotel in an old building. The decor is quite beautiful and is probably its strength in my opinion, particularly the breakfast room. The staff was friendly and helpful enough. The shower was very slow at draining, making a pool to stand in which wasn’t the most pleasant thing. The location is really good though if you want to be near the main city attractions.

Miejsce w super lokalizacji dla jadących chodzić po górach. Wszystko co potrzeba jest blisko, dobra knajpa oraz sklep. Jedyny minus to budowa zaraz za budynkiem, ale Nam akurat nie przeszkadzała.

Me and my two friends chose this apartment as our accommodation in Krakow. It locates just 5 minutes walk to the old town. The rooms are very spacious and the property owner responded our message very timely.

GGuest UserArleta was kind and efficient. She made sure to deliver the keys to us even when we didn’t manage to check in until almost 4am. The conditions of the room were good, bottles of water were left for us and the beds were super comfortable.
I congratulate the Staff as I am very grateful for this experience.

GGuest UserI had an excellent stay in Zakopane, Poland. The hotel was truly perfect! The rooms were very clean, well maintained, and comfortable. I felt at ease as soon as I arrived.
The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was very warm and welcoming. The location is ideal for enjoying Zakopane and its beautiful landscapes.
I highly recommend this hotel and I would gladly come back again!

Самым большим разочарованием были завтраки. Все какое-то не свежее. Кофе натуральный но на твердую троечку. Цены на питание - Космос! Заказал бургер: мне принесли его с деревянной котлетой…
Если не обращать внимание на еду в отеле, то можно хорошо отдохнуть!

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is excellent, 10 minutes walk to the train station and the street. The hotel only provides simple supplies, toothbrushes, slippers to bring, and there is no hair dryer in the room. Shampoo and shower gel are two in one. I stayed for two nights. On the last night, I found that the shower gel was gone and couldn't be squeezed out at all. The free breakfast provided by the hotel is good
