Great for stopover or budget conscious traveller as location is great, near railway station, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. Well managed but apparently little to no interaction from staff. Believe it would be great if staff is more proactive in nurturing relationships with guests so as to give it more life and meaning. Just a suggestion but overall, value for money.

The place next to sea side actually good location, but the area is not the best one, it may get creepy in the night, showering facfilities need improvemnt, wifi good and working, I would not repeat this place unless I have to, but not bad place at all, good people and helpful people it is just for me

The location ist amazing. The kitchen is nice and big with several airfryers as well. Unfortunately there was not enough cutlery and other tools you might need for cooking. I was in a 10 bed dorm. The room was nice and spacious and the beds have thick curtains. The downside was the bathroom. I stayed for 7 nights and the bathroom was maybe cleaned twice. So it wasn't a really good experience to use it. There were also no additional bathrooms on any upper level. One bathroom is simply not enough for ten people. To summarize I expected better bathroom cleanliness and more bathrooms also on the upper levels. And also the early kitchen closure at 10pm was pretty annoying.

This was my second time staying here, and once again, it was a great experience. After a lovely day exploring the Grampians, it was nice to come back to a place that has everything you need. The facilities are excellent, especially the spacious kitchen which made meal prep easy and enjoyable. The common lounge area was a cozy highlight—during winter, they even have a fireplace that adds a warm, festive touch. The couch was clean and super comfy, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The room itself was very comfortable. The heater worked perfectly, and everything—from the toilet to the shower—was spotless. We had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Checking in and out was smooth, though it's worth noting that check-in is only available during a limited time window. At checkout, guests are asked to place used sheets in a designated area, which was clearly communicated. I’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended!

My first time staying in a hostel. A very good experience. The staff were amazing. Especially when checking out. My train was a night train and so I didn't want to take my luggage around with me, they allowed me to keep my luggage in the lockers which were provided until it was time for me to leave. Very friendly and welcoming. My room wasn't the fanciest but it was all I needed. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Great for a single traveller who didn't want to share with strangers, very accommodating. Minor complaint about the lift being out of order on my last day. Especially being on level 4 with a heart condition, the stairs were a killer 😬. It couldn't have been helped. But the staff were onto it 🙂. Thank you YHA for a great first experience. I would recommend this place to my friends.

共用のバスルームもお部屋もシンプルできれいでした。部屋は埃が少しあったけどきれいでした。 暖房もついていて自由に使用できるので良かったです。 たまに色んな匂い（外のタバコやシェアキッチンで料理したときの美味しそうな匂い）がするけど私は大丈夫でした。

First time living in a hostel and already have some expectations of what is it going to be like Since feedback is that the shower heater does not work well where it gets cold and switches to hot suddenly causing my body to get burnt I was told that I can arrive early and store my luggage first but I didn’t expect that what they mean by storing is leaving my bag on the open vide floor in the corner of the pub (definitely know that it won’t be kept safe since the employees themselves are busy running the pub) The room is very smelly Like smellier than what I expected

It has lots of facility including kitchen and gaming room.
