Bardzo dobry hostel. Świetnie położony przy centrum prowadzącym do Bundu. Na dole świetna przestrzeń wspólna, można też zamówić śniadanie, alkohole, kawę - wszystko jest na miejscu, jeżeli już będzie się miało dosyć egzotyki Chin i będzie się chciało po prostu odpocząć, rozmawiając z innymi podróżnikami. Dużo cudzoziemców, można wymienić się doświadczeniami. W łazienkach szampon i żel do kąpieli dostępny bez opłaty, na czwartym piętrze pralka i proszek też dostępne standardowo bez opłaty. W pokojach sporo miejsca i dużo lokersy. Jednocześnie trzeba pamiętać że to jest duży hostel więc tam jest dużo ludzi. Ogólnie, zdecydowanie polecam.

This is a good hostel I've stayed at in Shanghai. Each room has its own en-suite bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. There's a curtain for wet/dry separation, and while it's not as good as a glass door, it helps reduce water splashing. The toilet is relatively quiet, and the bathroom door offers good sound insulation and locks securely. The mirror above the sink has a light, which is great for quiet use at night. The bathroom's ceiling light is connected to the exhaust fan, which can be a bit noisy, but compared to some other hostels, they've clearly put a lot of thought into it. They even seem to provide toilet paper! To ensure quietness, there are three additional private bathrooms outside the rooms, also with wet/dry separation and hairdryers. There's a common lounge area, convenient for eating and using a computer, though it's not huge, which is understandable given its prime location in downtown Shanghai. There are coin-operated washing machines and dryers, located outside so they shouldn't be noisy. The front desk offers free laundry detergent. The drying area nearby is a bit crowded and doesn't get much sun. There's a direct-drinking water dispenser next to the laundry area. Upon entering the room, you're required to change into slippers, which helps keep out dust and odors. The beds have pre-sanitized and bagged sheets and duvet covers. Each bed comes with a lockable locker and a clothes hanger. The room hygiene genuinely seems cleaner than typical hostels. The location on Guangdong Road is excellent, with convenient transportation. My main gripe, which is common in hostels, is the sheer number of people. In an 8-person room, some people were still on the phone past 11 PM, others checked in at 3 AM, and some started doing their makeup at 6 AM, leading to constant noise and disturbance.

Hostel jest w porządku. Dość centralnie położony. Ma dużą wspólną przestrzeń i taras na dachu, gdzie można spędzać czas. Można spotkać ludzi w lobby, ale nie będzie tam zbyt wielu zagranicznych podróżnych. Personel nie mówi po angielsku, ale zazwyczaj wie, co robić. Dostępny jest tylko dystrybutor ciepłej wody. Twarde łóżka, ale dobrze mi się na nich spało. Czystość jest w porządku jak na chiński hostel, ale nie dorównuje międzynarodowym standardom. Wspólna przestrzeń będzie pokryta śmieciami, ale prawdopodobnie jesteś już do tego przyzwyczajony z innych miejsc. Myślę, że to miejsce jest w porządku, ale moje oczekiwania wobec tego kraju stopniowo się obniżają, zwłaszcza jeśli chodzi o hałas, brud i dym papierosowy emitowany przez sąsiadów płci męskiej.

Łóżka w nowo wyremontowanym domu są nowe i niedrogie. W pomieszczeniach ogólnodostępnych znajduje się również sprzęt do ćwiczeń, a także żel pod prysznic i wszystko inne. Chciałbym poczynić kilka komentarzy. Pedały łóżka są zbyt pionowe i trochę przerażające, aby poruszać się w górę i w dół. W obszarze prysznica można umieścić wysuwaną półkę, aby wygodnie odłożyć ubrania do prania, w przeciwnym razie naprawdę nie ma miejsca je umieścić.

I stayed at Hi Cozy Youth Hostel in Shanghai for 3 nights and had a really pleasant experience overall. The location is very convenient, making it easy to get around the city and explore nearby attractions. You can walk around 5-10 min to Metro East Nanjing exit 1 station. The hostel has a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, which made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with directions or recommendations. The check-in process was smooth, and communication was easy even if you’re not fluent in Chinese. The room was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable bedding that made it easy to rest after a long day of exploring Shanghai. The shared spaces were also nice, especially for relaxing or meeting other travelers. For the price, I think this hostel offers great value. It’s a good option whether you’re traveling solo or with friends and looking for a budget-friendly place with a warm vibe. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider coming back next time I visit Shanghai.

Pokój nie był czysty . Łazienka też wymagała posprzątania . Brak też papieru toaletowego. Jest za to szampon i pianka do mycia . No i niestety są pluskwy w łożku . Przy łóżku są kontakty do ładowania telefonu i lampka . Jest zasłonka co daje prywatność .Dużym atutem jest położenie hostelu . Blisko deptaku i linii metra nr 2 . Obsługa miła . Komunikacja za pomocą translatora . Można zostawić bagaż przed jak i po wymeldowaniu, co jest dużym plusem.

Naprawdę podobał mi się pobyt w tym hostelu. Było bardzo czysto i wygodnie. Personel był przyjazny i pomocny. Nie mówią zbyt dobrze po angielsku, ale dzięki aplikacji do tłumaczeń można się porozumieć. Lokalizacja jest bardzo dobra, blisko stacji metra. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, poleciłbym ten hostel jako zagraniczny podróżnik

Udogodnienia: Pokoje czteroosobowe posiadają prywatne łazienki, a na korytarzu znajdują się również wspólne łazienki. Do dyspozycji gości jest wspólna kuchnia, sala kinowa, bar muzyczny, pralnia i suszarnia, kącik do nauki oraz miejsce na bagaże – wszystkie funkcjonalnie podzielone. Zlew w prywatnej łazience jest jednak bardzo mały, przez co woda bardzo łatwo się rozpryskuje. Ściany w pokoju noszą wyraźne ślady zużycia, a oświetlenie jest nieco przyćmione. Pościel i kołdry są po prostu przeciętne. Okolica: Ogólne warunki są przeciętne. Jest wiele pokoi, budynek wygląda na stary, a sporadycznie pojawiają się małe karaluchy. Lokalizacja: Obiekt znajduje się 8 minut spacerem od stacji kolejowej Nankin Wschodni (linia 2), a w pobliżu krzyżują się inne linie metra, co zapewnia dogodny dojazd. W okolicy znajduje się wiele restauracji i centrów handlowych.

This hostel was great for me as a female solo traveler. The rooms and cubicles were clean (I think it depends on who your roommates are). I like that the bed cubicles were nice and neat. You also get a little closet with a lock where you can safely store your things. The bathrooms were fairly clean too. Be sure to bring your towel and oral hygiene products. If you are not used to hardwood beds, this is not the place for you. Overall, my experience was great.

Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. First time,staying at this facility as hostel and had so much fun. First time of staying with mostly Chinese travellers and some foreigners. There is balcony where you can smoke and dry your clothes such as socks and underwears. Some experience watching Chinese's cooking In the morning. There are si⁹x bed-bunk, where I stayed for three nights. A few sleepers were nice and considerate. And 1 or 2 sleeper smoked in the toilet inside the room. Now I am staying at Dengba hostel but really missed the Huamin hostel.
