„I arrive early to the hostel, the capsule room is not ready for check in. I keep my huge luggage bag at the locker, free of charge for 6 hours. Room is decent, comfortable. If you have large suitcase (like me), you would need to place them on the bed so that it’s easy to retrieve your items. Every occupants are courteous, not much noise at night. The shower cubicles need some grouting at the corners while the toilet rubbish bin should clear on hourly basis to keep the sight and smell pleasant. Reception staffs are friendly and helpful. I could not do any laundry because my non-China phone cannot download the app :(”

„Good hostel to stay at. The host organized my bus to Tiger Leaping Gorge and even walked me to the bus stop. She remained available for questions even after I had checked out. Very kind people, thank you for a great stay.”

„It was one of the most comfortable stay during my 3 weeks trip in China. Location, amenity, cleanliness were all perfect. To add to say, staffs here were so kind despite of language barrier. There were countless appealing books here but most of them were Chinese. It made me, a book worm, regret not to learn Chinese, but other than that I cannot recommend enough to stay!”

„What an awesome camp, each night, there is an event organized such as games, expeditions… Their are lockers to keep your belongings in, but we feel very safe even if you left everything on your bed This is very huge and you can make friends of your age easily as long if you want (and if you are young enough) You can order *******, there is a pick up place inside the youth hostel, or buy snacks or utility stuff at the end of the corridor. There is only one electrical plug in your bed but there are many on the rooftop where everyone goes to play the evening. I spent 3 good nights out there.”

„These words instantly reminded me of the gentle moonlight embracing me, the soft, warm girls sitting in a row, my roommate's neatly organized toiletries, and a display of cosmetics. It's just like being at school. The taxi driver overcharged a bit, but on the way, I first encountered a hotel, and then the supermarket was very welcoming. This is my fourth time in Hangzhou. I originally planned to spend a day circling West Lake and then leave, but this wonderful hostel makes me want to stay another day! They provide disinfected towels and individually packed slippers in plastic bags – so thoughtful! Plus, a complimentary bottle of water (a precious commodity in the summer heat). Upon entering, I was greeted by a gentle, smiling young man. I finally recall his smile, it felt like it seeped into me, gently crushing the few withered leaves within. Turning a corner, I saw soft, warm girls (not as formidable as Fu Hao) sitting in a row, their cheeks slightly flushed – a sight you don't see in other hostels. ”To the person in charge, can you assign me a partner?””

„The location is reachable by walk from metro station. The support from hotel staff surely supportive. Thanks for the hospitality and i do not mind to retry again next time. Hopefully there is a new curtain and no molds.”

„This room is peefect for friends, your own bedroom with a shared bathroom between you, there were 2 of us this time but 2 couples or 4 friends could also share easily. The hotel is lovely and staff very helpful, my second time to stat and I would again.”

„The stay was very pleasant! The room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, so I slept well at night. The front desk staff were very helpful and efficient with check-in and check-out, and they even kindly recommended nearby restaurants and attractions. The location is convenient, easy to get around, and has all the necessary amenities nearby. Overall, it's great value for money, and I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area!”

„This place is okay but I had slightly higher expectations to be honest. Cleanliness is alright, they give you a bag with a small towel upon request, both to be returned. Has free water dispensers, toiletries and a microwave. Common areas don't have a vibe but you can prepare and have your food and play video games as everyone else. The biggest common area is to the right side of the reception, which, as per usual, they don't tell you. There is that Olympic Stadium nearby, but the city center is actually on the other side of the river. From here you will either need to take public transportation or a cab to West Lake or other interesting parts of town. Walking to the light show on the other side of the river bank took more than 1.5 hrs and it is not supposed to be walked. There are no useful signs on the building but the way to get here is to use the ”hotel entrance” and use the single elevator straight ahead. Do not turn right to use the elevators in the elevator room. If you do, only the very right one brings you to the 5th floor where you will check in. Very confusing and no signs to help you. It also might take a bit until the right elevator arrives. The shoe rack was inside the room, which resulted in a very smelly room. Guitar with old strings, barely playable. If I came back, I'd rather try out another place.”
