„I arrive early to the hostel, the capsule room is not ready for check in. I keep my huge luggage bag at the locker, free of charge for 6 hours. Room is decent, comfortable. If you have large suitcase (like me), you would need to place them on the bed so that it’s easy to retrieve your items. Every occupants are courteous, not much noise at night. The shower cubicles need some grouting at the corners while the toilet rubbish bin should clear on hourly basis to keep the sight and smell pleasant. Reception staffs are friendly and helpful. I could not do any laundry because my non-China phone cannot download the app :(”

„Good hostel to stay at. The host organized my bus to Tiger Leaping Gorge and even walked me to the bus stop. She remained available for questions even after I had checked out. Very kind people, thank you for a great stay.”

„This Youth hostel is great for budgets and young travellers to mingle with foreigners and local Chinese. However, there are concerns about the hygiene level at the toilets and bathrooms area which I informed the desk staff to take corrective actions. The clothes drying area is very musty, wet and has a very stuffy smell which may cause bacteria growth due to lack of fresh air ventilation. Each domintory room doesn't have enough fresh air ventilation and may cause stuffy and poor or no fresh circulation even if they use the air conditioner. Some young guests are still smoking in the bathroom and toilet even though there are no smoking notices posted everywhere. This hostel has great amenities and facilities like Library, LED TV, snooker table, vending machines, hot water dispenser small tables and chairs at the lobby.”

„It was one of the most comfortable stay during my 3 weeks trip in China. Location, amenity, cleanliness were all perfect. To add to say, staffs here were so kind despite of language barrier. There were countless appealing books here but most of them were Chinese. It made me, a book worm, regret not to learn Chinese, but other than that I cannot recommend enough to stay!”

„What an awesome camp, each night, there is an event organized such as games, expeditions… Their are lockers to keep your belongings in, but we feel very safe even if you left everything on your bed This is very huge and you can make friends of your age easily as long if you want (and if you are young enough) You can order *******, there is a pick up place inside the youth hostel, or buy snacks or utility stuff at the end of the corridor. There is only one electrical plug in your bed but there are many on the rooftop where everyone goes to play the evening. I spent 3 good nights out there.”

„強推大家來杭州玩住這家青旅，首先，價格非常友好，地理位置超級超級超級優越，就在西湖旁邊，離西湖很近，離地鐵口幾百米，去靈隱寺也很便利，坐公交很便利順暢。住宿環境超級超級好，有超級大的陽台，還有很大的公共活動區域，洗手間，床鋪都非常乾淨，提供一次性洗漱用品，浴巾，還有拖鞋，非常齊全，辦入住的小姐姐超級超級超級超級超級好，不僅免費給我們升了有窗的房間，而且！！！！我退房離開後，人在紹興，突然發現眼鏡落在了青旅，洗臉的時候放在洗手枱上忘記了，當我想起來眼鏡沒帶後，非常着急（作者超級近視），再很慌亂中，我撥打了青旅的電話，小姐姐非常有耐心，超級細心問我房間號，床鋪好，她不僅問了早上打掃的同事，自己又親自去這個房間幫我找，在房間沒找到候，小姐姐主動加我微信，很耐心的讓我回憶早上的行動軌跡，最終在洗手間的夾縫處找到了，我超級超級超級近視，真的很感謝小姐姐，很快的就把我得眼鏡郵寄到了我的手裡。這家青旅很安全，很熱心，很乾凈，歡迎大家去杭州遊玩住這家！！！再次感謝小姐姐！！！！👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻”

„The location is reachable by walk from metro station. The support from hotel staff surely supportive. Thanks for the hospitality and i do not mind to retry again next time. Hopefully there is a new curtain and no molds.”

„This room is peefect for friends, your own bedroom with a shared bathroom between you, there were 2 of us this time but 2 couples or 4 friends could also share easily. The hotel is lovely and staff very helpful, my second time to stat and I would again.”

„It's not really a hostel; it's more like a converted shared room with bunk beds. The advantages are the cheap price and its proximity to the South Railway Station (about a 7-8 minute walk if you walk quickly). Also, the navigation isn't very accurate; just go up to the second floor from the Eiffel Hotel. The disadvantages are that the male and female floors aren't separated, and there are multiple designated smoking areas right outside the rooms. As soon as you walk in, there are four or five people smoking, creating a thick cloud of smoke and a terrible smell. Even though there are designated tables for dining outside, why are the smoking areas in the hallway outside the rooms? There are at least four or five ashtrays outside, making the whole place reek of smoke, which even wafts into the rooms. It's too much of a catering service for smokers. I booked a four-person room with air conditioning and a bathroom inside. It appeared clean (I didn't use the shower, so I don't know how well it works). The beds were simple, with a lamp and a small cabinet. The sheets and pillows looked old, with loose threads and holes, making it uncomfortable to sleep on, especially the pillows which were flat. It was barely usable for one night.”

„酒店電腦網絡很好，屏幕清晰打遊戲很絲滑，店內零食價格不貴也很好吃，投影清晰無需會員打開就能看，音響設備清楚無雜音，地面乾淨，馬桶自動沖水帶暖温，無異味，窗户打開空氣流通室內抽煙不留味。”
