⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (4/5) Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, pobyt w tym condohotelu był wspaniały, ale było kilka problemów, które uniemożliwiały mi uzyskanie pięciogwiazdkowego standardu. Budynek jest oznaczony jako dla niepalących, ale w korytarzu na naszym piętrze za każdym razem, gdy wchodziliśmy i wychodziliśmy, unosił się bardzo intensywny zapach *********. W pokoju wszystko było czyste, a łóżko wygodne, ale czuć było ostry zapach pleśni – prawdopodobnie z powodu wilgoci i braku odpowiedniego osuszania powietrza. Kilka drobnych problemów z pokojem: Kanapa przy oknie była wygodna, ale bardzo głośna – każdy ruch powodował, że skrzypiała i trzeszczała. Telewizor nie działał prawidłowo. Personel zaoferował wymianę następnego dnia, ale postanowiliśmy z niego zrezygnować, aby uniknąć zakłóceń podczas pobytu. Pomimo tych niedogodności, personel był pomocny, sam pokój był schludny i ogólnie rzecz biorąc, miło spędziliśmy tu czas. Po wprowadzeniu kilku ulepszeń, z łatwością mogłoby to być pięciogwiazdkowe doświadczenie. 📸 Uwaga: Na zdjęciach łóżko nie jest idealnie wykonane, ponieważ zdjęcia zostały zrobione po użyciu.

I sleep overnight this hotel for a business trip. Check in late night and check out early morning. . Parking lots are spacious. The room is clean and spacious. The cost is friendly I stayed in this hotel already many times. In my view, the location is great, matching to my activity in the morning. This time I had a dinner at the hotel Thai restaurant. The test of the food is not impressive. In my room, sleeping over the night, I heard some noises outside; however, I could manage to sleep well. The bathroom towels looked so old. Recommend that the hotel should review about this. I will come back to stay in this hotel next business trip. I will spend more time for utilizing On-Sen or swimming pool facility (picture).

I recently stayed at Akara Hotel Pattaya and overall had a pleasant experience, though there are a few areas that could be improved. Firstly, I would like to thank the hotel team for the complimentary room upgrade, which came with a beautiful sea view. The room was comfortable and the view definitely enhanced the stay. However, the check-in and check-out process took quite a long time, which made the arrival and departure experience less smooth than expected. I hope the hotel can improve the efficiency of the front desk during busy periods. Another point to note is that during my stay there were many large tour groups, mainly Chinese tourists. While I understand this is common in Pattaya, the noise level in public areas at times became quite disturbing for other guests who were looking for a quieter and more relaxing stay. Additionally, the toiletries provided in the room were quite basic. It would be great if the hotel could include more amenities such as body lotion and additional bathroom essentials to enhance the guest experience. Overall, I appreciate the hospitality and the upgraded room with the sea view, but with improvements in front desk efficiency, guest crowd management, and bathroom amenities, the stay could be much more enjoyable.

Ładny, nowy hotel, wciąż w remoncie; ma tylko pięć pięter i basen. Siłownia nie jest jeszcze gotowa, ale jej otwarcie planowane jest na połowę listopada 2025 roku. Załączam zdjęcie siłowni. Według personelu hotelu, spa zostanie otwarte w grudniu 2025 roku. Remont nie zakłócił znacząco naszego pobytu, mimo że mieszkaliśmy na piątym piętrze, a remont trwał nad nami. Jedzenie: głównie kuchnia chińska. Dania z jajek dostępne są również na życzenie. Basen: Otwarty od 7:00 do 19:00. Dostępne są czyste, duże ręczniki na leżakach. Jest basen dla dzieci, ale nie jest dobrze ogrodzony (wkrótce mogą zostać zainstalowane oznaczenia lub zabezpieczenia). Ulica Walking Street znajduje się w rozsądnej odległości: 15-20 minut spacerem, 8 minut jazdy samochodem.

The staff was so nice an willing to help. The hotel was clean.  At night I have some problem with air-conditioner but it be fixed with the short-time. The reception was calm and ready to help. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who want to come to Siracha. Thank you

The location of the hotel is excellent: there are lots of shops, a night market, massage parlors, motorbike rentals and more nearby. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the tuk-tuks. It’s also about 10 minutes to the beach, walking through the neighboring hotel. The room is clean and housekeeping comes every day. Breakfast is pretty good and varied, there’s a coffee machine, but the coffee isn’t from freshly ground beans. The main downside is the Wi-Fi: in the morning the speed is very good and everything works fine, but in the evenings the speed is terrible and you can hardly load anything. The mobile network also seems overloaded in this area, as mobile internet in the room wasn’t very fast either. Overall, the hotel is worth the money.

Palenie nie było wspomniane podczas zameldowania ani drugiego dnia naszego pobytu. Jednak trzeciego dnia, podczas wymeldowania, nagle ogłoszono zakaz palenia i nałożono karę 2000 bahtów. Nie było wyraźnego zakazu palenia w pokoju. Paliliśmy na zewnątrz, na balkonie.

Location is good, next to 7/11 and a short walk to the mall/shopping/food. There is also 2 restaurants close to the hotel, Japanese and Indian. At arrival the reception desk was very helpful and friendly, also very helpful during our whole stay of 5 nights. Great service at all times. Popcorn man is very friendly and nice. Have read other reviews before about the free coffee and popcorn, that is very nice, but they use a lot of sugar at the Popcorn! That is not for us Scandinavians. Thailand seems to have sugar in almost every things, in dried fish, smoked salmon, popcorn, juice and a lot more. To bad. Probably a way to make Thailand fat. Had a great room with mountain view and it was peaceful and nice. The room has a bathtub and Japanese style toilet, charging point next to the bed. Has a switch next to the bed to turn on a light outside the room door for clean the room or Not disturb. Old and a bit worn out hotel, but absolutely a nice hotel and good breakfast. A hotel with a lot of mirrors all over, and a lot of glass windows in and around the reception area and floors. Probably not a big cleaning staff to keep all the glass and mirrors clean at all times. The Onsen is like other guests has said before, almost no one use it. They should have made a steam room in the second shower room. It's a big room inside the Onsen that no one use. Would make a great steamroom size. And members and guests would for sure start using the Onsen a lot more. There is even room for making a female side at the Onsen, already a second pool that is covered up with no use. Split up the huge entrance rooms, leave a few showers for the women and a simple wall to close the gap for each side, and open the second pool with water flow from the big one. Then it would be happy guests of both women and men. The gym was back in the days a great and professional one, and it still works very well today. Worn out and a few leaks when it rains but can have a good workout any way. Did not use the pool, but used the sunbeds. There is 3 sunbeds and one of them is almost collapsed, no mattress. Bit of sun in the morning before the sun gets behind the hotel building, also sun at late afternoon. Too bad the tennis court is closed due to leaks and saggy floor. Suggest the Hotel to remove the chemicals that is right next to the pool in public We will come back, great staff, big room with a bathtub and good location.

เคยมาาเข้าพักกับ LK Crystal Place แต่ตอนแรกต้องตกใจเพราะในเวปต่างๆ ห้องพักเต็มหมด เลยคิดว่าน่าจะต้องจองที่พักอื่น แต่เข้ามาดูใน trip.com ห้องพักที่นี่ LK Crystal Ville ยังมีห้องว่างอยู่ เลยรีบจองทันที สำหรับคนที่ไม่ทราบข้อมูล LK Crystal Place กับ LK Crystal Ville อยู่ในเครือเดียวกัน และตึกที่พักก็อยู่ใกล้ๆ กันด้วย สามารถเดินไปมาหากันได้โดยทั้งคู่ต้องมาเชคอินที่ LK Crystal Ville (น่าจะเป็นตึก3) คราวนี้ราคาค่อนข้างสูงกว่าที่จองกับ LK Crystal Place (น่าจะตึก2) เข้าเช็คอินตอนประมาณ 4ทุ่ม พนักงานที่ฟร้อนท์ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส เหมือนจำได้ สอบถามว่าคราวนี้พักกี่คืน ให้ข้อมูลครบถ้วน มีเก็บเงินประกัน 500 บาท (ได้คืนหลังจากเชคเอ้าท์) โดยคราวนี้ได้ห้องพัก 4610 (ตึก 4 ชั้น 6) ซึ่งอาหารเช้าอยู่ที่ตึกนี้ ต้องบอกว่าคราวนี้ทัวร์จีนน่าจะเยอะมาก เพราะตอนทานอาหารเช้า (อาหารเช้าเปิดให้บริการ 06.00-10.00 น.) มีรถทัวร์ไม่น่าจะต่ำกว่า 15 คันทยอยออกจากโรงแรม ห้องพักค่อนข้างดีกว่าห้องที่ Crystal Place ห้องน้ำมีอ่างอาบน้ำด้วย และสัญญาณทีวีชัดเจนกว่า อุปกรณ์โต๊ะวางทีวี + ตู้เย็น + ตู้เสื้อผ้าดูใหม่กว่า ฝักบัว น้ำอุ่น อ่างอาบน้ำ (โดยข้อดีคือมีแยกบริเวณส่วนเปียก ส่วนแห้งออกจากกัน) ไดร์เป่าผม พร้อมสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในห้องค่อนข้างใหม่ มีกาน้ำร้อน กาแฟ ชา ขนาดห้องเหมือนจะเล็กว่า Crystal Place นิดหน่อย และไม่มีอ่างล้างมือนอกห้องน้ำ อาหารเช้าเป็นแบบบุฟเฟต์ มีรสชาติ ค่อนข้างดี ชอบข้าวต้ม ไข่เค็ม ผักกาดดองน้ำมันงา บริเวณหน้าลิฟต์มีป้ายติดเตือนลูกทัวร์ชาวจีนว่างดส่งเสียงดังนอกห้อง (แต่ก็ยังคงได้ยินเสียงคนคุยกัน เหมือนทะเลาะกันด้านนอกห้องอยู่ดี) ดึกมีคนมาเคาะประตู พยายามเปิดประตูด้วย (น่าจะเป็นคนจีนเข้าห้องผิด หรือมาหาเพื่อนผิดห้อง) เหตุการณ์จะยุ่งวุ่นวายตอนที่ทัวร์จีนลง และตอนกินข้าวเช้า แต่เมื่อทัวร์จีนออกไปสงบสบาย สระว่ายน้ำใหญ่ โดยรวมโอเคกับที่พักนี้ แต่ถ้ามีโอกาสน่าจะกลับไปตึกเดิมมากกว่า เพราะราคาถูกกว่า แม้สัญญาณทีวีจะไม่ค่อยชัดเจน และห้องน้ำไม่มีที่กั้น ทำให้อาบน้ำแล้วน้ำกระเด็นออกมาส่วนที่เป็นส่วนแห้งก็ตาม
