Hotel Terme Salus

Fantastically rude and aggressive staff. The first time I stayed here a waiter tried to physically shove me out of his way (while I was sat at the table!!!!). I’m not a complainer, but this was so aggressive, I felt I had to report to the manager. Second time I visit, he’s still there (really?), but I manage to avoid him. All is well until its time to leave when I’m presented with a drinks bill that’s full of stuff I didnt have (eg 40 euros of wine I didnt drink). When I say the bill is wrong, they ask me to tell them what I had (like I can remember every bottle of water I had over -l10 days). Anyway, I’m doing my best - even adding of things theyve missed as well as taking off what I hadn’t had. The barman then appears and starts agitating to add things to the bill that weren’t even there in the place. The receptionist and I agree an amount, I pay, and return to the bar to have a coffee with my friends. The barman then appears and starts shouting at me angrily, insisting I have cheated him and saying I can’t “just pay what I want”. Here’s the nub - I dont drink alcohol - so there’s mo doubt in mind the hotal were charging me for things I didnt have. Mistakes happen. But do I have to waste half an hour and then get shouted at ad a consequence? This hotel really needs to start setting some standards for how their staff treat their guests.

Sono anni che frequento l'Hotel Terme Salus e devo dire che è sempre una garanzia. Collocazione centrale, a pochi metri dall'area pedonale, ottima cucina, soprattutto i piatti a base di carne sono strepitosi, servizio impeccabile. Le camere sono belle, silenziose e pulite accuratamente. Le piscine termali (interna ed esterna) e l'area spa non sono molto grandi ma sicuramente molto ben funzionali. Ringrazio infinitamente i titolari, i Signori Sabrina ed Elvio Turlon, per la cura, l'attenzione e l'impegno che dedicano quotidianamente al loro lavoro. Lo consiglio vivamente

Personale gentile,ottimo cibo,hotel un pò stile retrò ma molto gradevole, camera grande e pulita, piscina con la possibilità di uscire in giardino con idromassaggi anche esterni ,piacevoli anche in gennaio. Il soggiorno è stato breve ma molto gradevole. Torneremo.
