Stayed here several nights whilst visiting husband in hospital, great location for ARI, friendly, helpful staff, very clean & quiet rooms. Would not hesitate to return or recommend to anyone. Toby Carvery next door was excellent value for money.

The staff were so pleasant and helpful i would not hesitate in recommending anyone who is visiting Aberdeen to stay here.The room and breakfast were very good and any questions or issues we had were dealt with quickly and efficiently,will definitely be back

I made a genuine mistake - I had to make last minute reservation on 6 May- wife in hospital- I wrongly booked 4 July. I went elsewhere. Came back on 8th. I couldn’t get refund despite being genuine mistake.

Very clean room and excellent bathroom. We booked the full breakfast to see how good it was. It was excellent - fresh cooked food, good coffee, good selection of bread, fruit etc. Staff very helpful Will stay here again when next in Aberdeen.

The premier inn was lovely to stay at whilst I was there. Apart from the room could do with a couple of cosy chairs as it only has 1 dining chair and for two people that's not enough. Didn't enjoy breakfast as the room was so small and cramped you could not move so we just had a quick breakfast and left. I will stay there again but not have breakfast there. However there is a toby carvery right next door so will eat there next time

Location was ideal for my requirements. Staff were friendly & very accommodating. The car park had ample spaces and there were several room choices for our extended family. Will stay here again if I travel to Aberdeen.

The staff are super, welcoming and helpful. Even if not at desk, quick reply to bell. The hotel has limitations, with noise transferred from the floor above, but otherwise comfortable. Breakfast room is in the same building, which is great especially on cold mornings.
