Had an opportunity to be around for my corporate retreat and it has been a thrilling experience. The waiter assigned to us (Daniel) was just amazing. He went beyond the call of duty to make sure every participant was satisfied. A solide 10/10.

Excellent hotel, excellent coffeeshop, best service. Best F&B Manager, Mr. Ragesh; ensure you ask of him and meet him in person, the most welcoming and most professional, always prompt and warm. His presence makes Fraser suites Abuja a 5* Star hotel. Thanks a lot Mr. Ragesh.

We were in Abuja for a conference with other colleagues. This has been one of my most pleasant experience at a hotel. From the welcoming smiles early morning, to the trea**ent throughout the stay. Special thanks to Chioma who did not spare any effort to make my stay our stay enjoyable with lots of tips and advises. So kudos!

Was at the cafe and experienced top notch service by the attendants. Good service. Seen the self motivation of these chaps. Wonderful! We were so many guests on the particular evening and we were amazed by the motivation shown by the staff particularly Yahaya V.

"I must emphasize that the service provided during our stay was truly exceptional! Without a doubt, it was the most customer-centric environment I have experienced in a very long time. I was here for Business It s a great cofee to work on the computer. Even though plce is small it hs good music with high wuality service. This is my 5 th time i come this place and all of the service providers including Yahaya served very well. She was nice and helpful. Thanks

I spent a very nice afternoon at Frasers coffee shop. Service by Miss Yahaya was very professional and outstanding! Very delicious cakes and drinks! Real Italian coffee and cappuccino! Italian athmisphere in the capital of Nigeria! To try again!
