"We booked this room because of swimming pool, they lied that it’s working but it’s not. The room booked on trip.com was a different room given to us and the morning we checked out, they said breakfast is only for one person when at booking, it says breakfast for two per guest. We left without breakfast. The person we spoke to about breakfast said, been two in the room doesn’t mean two breakfast and it’s only one breakfast that can be provided to us. We came all the way to spend time alone without the kid but this is what we got. The room is ok but the customer care isn’t too great."

"I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Benjamin for the warm welcome and thorough explanation of everything in our room—truly a 5-star meet and greet! I'd also like to acknowledge the security staff, especially Mohammed in the blue shirt and his colleague in the white shirt, who were always friendly and eager to help. The only downside was the early morning calls from the mosque at 4 AM and 5 AM, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. No City View as paid for, just noise , but can’t sleep , can you hear everything in the hallway ."

"I wanted so wanted to gate keep this hotel but, listen you don't know me, but take my word for it. I expect the best standards when it comes to hotels, infact with many years of traveling I've found that sometimes the luxury hotels don't have the best service, cleanliness, security etc. I found this hotel on a whim while disappointed with the level of service at a more renowned hotel. This is a hidden gem! It checks all the boxes, hate to say this, there's an expectation that maintainance culture is often less the priority in the hospitality industry here, however I have to give these guys full points. Although the room was functional and spotless the bed was a little hard, liked the fact that it's a small hotel with only a handful of rooms, service wise, front desk was so pleasant, gate security very helpful - even offered to walk us down the road to grab a late dinner. The area is secure, you can't beat the IG of police right opposite this location. I definitely recommend this hidden gem boutique hotel. Well done to the management team and keep up the great work."
