We had two rooms for two nights and one room for three nights (one traveler went solo elsewhere). The staff was very nice and the rooms were modern and well-maintained. The parking was plentiful, but to find a space meant a five minute walk to an attached but distant lot. Nice lobby. No breakfast include. Overall, a good value.

I stayed 3 night in room 318. It had a great view of the mountains. The heater squealed when it shut down, the bathroom door squeaked, and the sink drained so slowly that there was standing water in it for most the day. All of those things are fixable and we told the front desk about them when we checked out. The water pressure is very low...as in budget a good 30 mins if you need to wash hair that is longer than your chin. The walls aren't super thin but we were definitely aware of the couple in 316 having sex, and when their alarm went off. It is in a safe, convenient location.

Very clean hotel and wi-fi was great compared to other places. Pool was under renovation, but fitness room was nice. Had room next door with loud tv, but front staff handled it right away. Breakfast still limited, but was still good.

If it wasn't for one receptionist with an attitude, the stay would have been great! A little on the expensive side and I wish I they had a little more in the recreational area. Great location where you can catch the bus.

We stayed at the top floor and the whole stay was very quiet. Nice breakfast, the typical Fairfield Inn items. The hotel offered free parking; and we got very good rates during CU graduation weekend. Some guests paid twice as much as our rate! During our stay apparently a car in the hotel parking lot had been broken into; not sure if it is a very isolated occurrence. It was a bit unsettling. However, none of our cars were vandalized. It was a good stay for our family. The hotel has a great location, close to I-25 as well as many restaurants, gas stations, cafes. Very convenient!
