La caution a été retenue (sans m’en informer) car j’avais soi disant fumé dans la chambre. Sachant que je suis non fumeuse et que je n’ai pas eu de visite dans la chambre il est impossible que quelqu’un ait fumé lors de mon séjour dans la chambre d’hôtel. Un argument que les gérants de l'hôtel Opal n’ont pas voulu entendre et qui donc n’a pas permis d’obtenir le remboursement de la somme de 120 Euros prélevé à tort sur mon compte.

Accueil agréable mais hôtel au confort trop approximatif (chambres petites et surtout très mal insonorisées). Situation idéale cependant sur le port.

Alors par où commencer... - Accueil faussement sympathique sentant l'hypocrisie à 3km - literie inconfortable - rapport qualité/ prix déplorable - installations et équipements plus que primaire En prime les gérants de cette établissement encaissent l'empreinte de votre CB sans aucune raison valable ! Fuyez cette attrape touriste !

Pour la deuxième année nous sommes descendus dans cet hôtel. Fabuleux, dirigeants et personnels extra, très très gentils, accueillants. Vous méritez vos 3 étoiles. Restez comme vous êtes. Merci beaucoup.

Voleur de caution fuyez Si ce n’était pas des Escroc peut-être correct Mais inclus dans leur chiffre votre caution ATTENTION !!!! N’y allez pas !!! Patron irrespectueux désagréable Vous accuse de fumé dans les chambres pour justifier le fait de garder votre caution

Accueil souriant et bienveillant, chambre très propre, agréable, salle de bain hyper propre, avec des petites attentions qui font plaisir ( disque à démaquiller, lime à ongles, coton tige, kleenex), petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Belle implantation dans la ville, proche salle de concert, ******, marché Si une occasion se représente, nous y retournerons.

3 étoiles mais de qui se moque-t-on!! 195euro la nuit ni frigo ni machine à café disponibles dans la chambre, gérant malhonnête, ils ont voulue me facturé une deuxième nuit soit disant pour des cendres de cigarette présente sur le rebord de la fenêtre alors que j'étais au rez-de-chaussée J'ai dû me redéplacer 2jours plus tard faire une heure de route pour récupérer mon argent. Avec du recul j'aurais préféré dormir sur la plage et économiser 195 euros c'était mieux. Et pour info à 195 euros la nuit il faut ajouter 10 euros pour le parking.

Super hôtel, très bon emplacement à côté du port, très bon accueil et personnel à l’écoute. Petits déjeuner en terrasse très appréciable avec beaucoup de choix! Je recommande fortement cet établissement pour un week-end ou des vacances en famille!

De passage au Cap, j'avais réservé dans cet hôtel. La patronne m'a superbement accueilli avec le sourire. La chambre au 3ème étage, à l'arrière, était très propre, spacieuse, calme et confortable. Le petit déjeuner servi par le patron était complet. Une adresse que je retiens pour un prochain séjour. Je suis le monsieur qui pensait avoir oublié son badge de péage autoroute.
