"This is a very nice cheap hotel. Calling it a resort is definitely a stretch of the imagination. Very small pool, steam room, and Sauna. Everything was clean and orderly. Limited hours in pool and steam/ sauna. It probably saves significantly on power draw, so I understand, but not guest friendly. Front desk is only open from 15:00 to 18:00. Not guest friendly. Some of the pics are actually from the resort next door. Some false advertising. Beware. The €15 room service breakfast is probably the greatest value room service I have ever seen. Well worth it. Surprising even. 10€ self laundry is too much, and after 2plus hours in the dryer I just took my wet clothes to room and hung them to dry. Additionally, you self clean much of the room or pay 100€. No wifi in rooms. It's 2024. Time to upgrade. I would absolutely go back."

"Wynajęłam 4 noce w końcu października dla 3 osób, 4 dni przed moim mężem opuścił wiek szpitalizowany przez 5 dni za problemy z sercem.j Ostrzegałem wakacjesole i rezerwacja .Nie będę w stanie iść na wakacje z certyfikatami medycznymi a l Wsparcie.n Ponieważ nie Nie mam ubezpieczenia nie został zrefundowany Zapytałem o odroczenie do czerwca nie chciał wiedzieć , straciłem 350 EUR więc wierzcie, że nigdy mnie nie zobaczy w ich zakładzie i nigdy nie przejdę przez Booking .Doreavent ja wynajmę go bezpośrednio do właściciel.uczciwy, aby zachować pieniądze i nie chce odroczyć wynajęcie z certyfikatem. Zrobię je pub wewnątrz moich przyjaciół motocyklowych"

"Just God awful. While I could write this in French, I'm going to do it in English because they don't appreciate efforts to speak a foreign language despite the fact they are in the tourism business. First, the room is just strange. It clearly hasn't been updated since the 70s. I really don't care about this aesthetically but the bed covers haven't been changed since either and they were threadbare and dubious at best. I found a hair in my bedsheets as well. Second, RUDE staff. As soon as you check in, you get a frigid welcome, with the immediate question of, "would you like our (overpriced, bad) breakfast? No hello, just can I make some more money off you because this ripoff rate I'm charging you already for the room isn't enough. But it's summer in Cap d'Agde and they know they can get away with it. Wifi: unlike any other common-sense one star hotel, hotel Azur does not have a card in the room with any hotel info including the wifi password. So I was FORCED to call downstairs to obtain it. Clearly, Madame is annoyed. Despite my best efforts in French to understand her, I didn't get it the first time and had to call back. She made SURE that she wasn't going to pick up the phone again. I called at least three more times and she made SURE to ignore me and never picked up. Ignoring me now? So sorry I am trying my best to communicate with you in your language. You would think you might be a bit more patient with me as you're in the tourism/hospitality industry, but no. So then I'm forced to go downstairs to get the password in person when it would take you no time and cost to just leave a card in the room with this information like any other hotel. There's no refrigerator. Air conditioning worked, and has been mentioned, there is no elevator. Toilet paper is BEHIND and above the toilet so you have to be a contortionist to wipe. Who thought of this?? Barely enough soap provided. Pool is small. Parking worked out. Very poor value for the price."

"Przez ten hotel złamałem się, gdy szukałem miejsca, gdzie mógłbym pozostać przy Marsylii, gdzie mój syn prowadził lekcje jachtu ze swoją szkołą. Nie spodziewałem się takiej świetnej usługi we Francji, ponieważ czasami nawet w bardzo eleganckich hotelach tutaj nie dostajesz. Jednak przyjemnie zaskoczył wszystko w tym hotelu: czystość, grzeczność personelu, lokalizacja obok y plaży, nawet jeśli nie używaliśmy go, morze było zimne w czerwcu. Śniadanie miało wielki wybór, jedliśmy więcej niż powinienem mieć za każdym razem. Pomyśl o podróżowaniu do Sète, Narbonne i Montpellier, jako Cap d’Agde jest czystym miejscem na plaży."

"Super friendly welcome, nothing was too much bother. We stayed last night following a last minute decision to explore the area whilst on holiday an hour away. Friendly welcome, clean and tidy rooms, stunning view of the beach…. Attentive beyond belief even leading to the guy at reception (sorry didn’t get his name) running down to main road to guide me into the secure parking! And presenting me trying a Ricard with ice once in reception!! If there was any room for improvement might I suggest just a little more hot breakfast maybe bacon and sausage to add to the scrambled egg.. But honestly this place well worth a visit!!! Fabulous"

"Pracownicy byli bardzo przyjazni i pomagali, zwłaszcza Emmanuel na recepcji, który przywitał nas i zobaczył naszą komfort, chesząc nas i naszych nastolatków w sąsiednich pokojach, które sprawiły, że nasze pobyt był szczególnie przyjemny. Pokoje są czyste, pole jest świetne i jest blisko bardzo ładnej plaży. Nie śniadanie w lobby, ale korzystaliśmy z usług hotelowych, aby zamówić chleb i kroissants. Hotel jest wygodny i bardzo dobrze położony. Jeśli chcesz być jeszcze bliżej plaży, sprawdź wille. Dziękuję za uroczy pobyt."
