"We spent a weekend to wheel in Ahrtal. Alex is a very beautiful hotel in youth style. After the flood, as so much, completely renovated and beautiful. For bikers is provided with bike room & loading stations, we found super! The breakfast buffet was excellent. We had a standard double room, here the bathroom was very small, rather nothing for powerful people. What we missed was unfortunately the air conditioning, in hot days, it becomes sporty. When we spoke about the refrigerators, we were assured that they will still be exchanged. So here too, you are trying. The staff was very friendly! It is also worth mentioning the bar where you can mix a beautiful cocktail evening. All in all a very nice stay, we recommend Alex please continue!"

"We travel to Pinger Hotel by car to Birmingham airport fly with Eurowings to Dusseldorf then catch the train to Remagen then cross the road to the Hotel, we leave home at 4am and arrive at the hotel at 1pm. The hotel is very friendly the food is at a very high standard very good selection on drink the rooms are cleaned every day .The station gives you a very good choice of travel with the large cities to explore Koln(Cologne)Bonn used to be the main city before the unification of Germany Koblenz famous for the German Corner where the Rhine meets the Mosel. Other places of interest are Trier Cochem Boppard Rudesheim (GI BLUES is said to be film here)Asbach Brandy is very good brewed here Queen Victoria enjoyed Riesling from this area. The Hotel supplies a VRM Bus and Bahn when you arrive at the hotel."

"To bardzo wygodne miejsce. - Świetny śniadanie. Pokój jest mały, łazienka jest mała, łóżko jest bardzo miękkie. Nie ma windy. Restauracja jest w Indiach. Jeśli nie ma zbyt wiele do załatwienia, to możecie to rozważyć."

"We booked through *********** but seemed their system double booked us, ie booked 2 rooms rather than 1, Bethel Hotel Zum Weinberg showed absolutely no interest in what might have happened, instead simply saying you have 2 bookings, they are our cheapest rooms so you have to pay them both, even although on the same night…. *********** completely ignored us and the hotel staff would have been as well ignoring us, they simply took 2 payments and told us it was not possible to do anything. This is NOT the way to treat guests, especially if you don’t want negative reviews. They simply couldn’t care less and seemed happy they had one over us. Unfortunately *********** just turn the other way too. Terrible customer service."

"W Weber jest dokładnie taki gastro, który często szukasz, aby zapomnieć na wsi w małych miejscach. Mapa jest mała i wizualna - uważam ją bardzo dobrze, od tego czasu wiem, że oferowane rzeczy są świeże. W pierwszej nocy zamówiłem stek z pot z owocami, było ryż i sałatka przedpokarmowa. Poza tym miałem trochę zbyt dużo zupy na stole, przygotowanie i smak były megalecker. Nawet z wielu zup nie zostało nic, ponieważ mogłam użyć miski ryżowej dobrze do niej. Do deseru miałem jeszcze lody waniliowe z sosem i czekoladą. Bardzo pyszne - patrz zdjęcie! Usługa domu, mała starsza pani, jest najwyższa - nigdy nie przesuwa się wokół przemówienia i idą z jej żartami do gości. Może dużo. Nie wszyscy, uznałem go za odpowiedni i bardzo typowy dla gastro. Następnej nocy byliśmy drugi i zamówiliśmy Cordon Blue i Heftsteak z pieprzowymi ramami. Tutaj również nie byliśmy rozczarowani. Dobre części i naprawdę dobrej jakości dla dostępnego budżetu. Kiedy odwiedzimy następny pierścień, w każdym razie wrócimy tutaj! Dziękujemy za piękne wieczory!"

"Good location and the bathroom was lovely, the floor in my room creaked a lot so I had to walk around the outside so as not to disturb other guests. There was an issue on night 1 when some noisy residents in another block that started around midnight, by 01:45 I had had enough and went to sort it myself. I informed the reception the following day as there were no staff on the premises once the kitchen/bar staff left around. I asked what should I have done in light of no staff and was told I could call the main hotel number and someone would pick up as they do an on call rota. The drinking area outside the entrance to the hotel was also a source of noise albeit once that was generally quite after 23:00 and it would depend on which side of the hotel your room was on. It was very warm during my stay but unfortunately no fans were available for guest use and although the rooms had great windows it was very hard to ventilate when there was no breeze outside. The pillows are far too soft, I asked for 2 extra and managed to fold them in two and by using all 3 pillows it was near to what one would expect for a UK guest. The hotel was very clean and the staff were all nice, the breakfast was nothing special and having only 1 small toaster was not really good enough to suit the number of guests. The car park at the rear was OK so long as guests were respectful on how they parked and they are additional parking a short distance down the street. In summary I don't think Hotel Rieder offered good value for money and I am sorry to say that I would not stay there again. I know they are plenty of positive reviews but I have reviewed as I found, single traveller wanting a decent night's sleep in a quite room."
