You will be welcomed as a special guest by a very polite and cosmopolite owner. For sure our place in the area from now on.  "

"I have never felt so unsafe and disrespected at a hotel in my life. During my stay, I was robbed inside my room — something that should never happen in a place that claims to offer hospitality and security. The hotel’s security measures were practically nonexistent, and there were no proper cameras or safeguards in place. The manager did not even want to check the cameras because apparently he wont find anything since the cameras are around the lobby only. He kept delaying checking the key entry access history of my room and didn’t check it at the end. My bags were open, ripped open and had money stolen. What made it even worse was the manager’s shocking attitude. Instead of showing concern or taking responsibility, they were dismissive, rude, and made no effort to help resolve the situation. The cherry on top was the manager’s claim that theres no proof anything was stolen and apparently he shouldn’t take any responsibility for what happened. Wow. A hotel is supposed to be a safe haven for its guests, but this place is the opposite. Between the theft, the lack of security, and the appalling management, I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this property. There are plenty of other hotels where your safety and dignity will actually matter. To add to all that, the service is bellow 1 star and the staff is miss treated and clearly shows when they service other clients."

"Uwielbiałem tam pobyt. Taki piękny stary styl budowy hotel. Naprawdę ma urok i znajduje się w tak wielkiej lokalizacji w samym sercu miasta. Jest to w zasadzie jak park przed hotelem, gdzie można się wytrzymać i wiele kawiarni i restauracji. Sam hotel ma również uroczą restaurację, choć nie próbowałem. Ale atmosfera i menu wygląda naprawdę ładnie. Przyszedłem do pracy, ale kompletnie polecam ten hotel dla osób odwiedzających Bourg en Bresse. Jest to tylko dopasowanie do uroku miasta. Niestety nie spróbowałem śniadania, ale uważam, że musi być całkowicie rozsądne. Wrócę do tego hotelu, jeśli jeszcze raz przyjdę do tego miasta."

"BED BUGS!!! We had a long day of car travel and the next day we had to go to Dover, all we wanted was to sleep and finding this was a disappointment. I went to claim and ask for a refund but it was 00:00am and the receptionist told me that he had to go the next day at 7am to talk to his boss. I was with my little daughter I couldn't go anywhere else and his solution was to give me another room where I found another insect, I was until 3am checking the room that there was no more bed bugs. The next day I talked to another person at reception and according to her I was going to talk to her boss and talk about a refund and I've been waiting since August 31. I DON'T RECOMMEND IT. All this happened in room 105. BE CAREFUL."
