This hotel is a walk on memory lane, a fresh sip of water. It brings you back to the time when hospitality had a whole different sense. When tourism was not an industry and every hotel had its unique mark of hospitality. This is the best hotel I have found in Spain so far. Even if the weather was awful, I have fond memories of Albacete thanks to my stay in Castilla hotel. Wonderful staff, strategic location . Perfect room .

Went for the superior double, good room small balcony. Ensuite was large and clean. Location is excellent around 4km from Albacete itself. Easy to find - free parking. Staff friendly, easy check in / out. Bar area was good and most of the food was good. Super place to visit with large swimming pool which was sparkling. Towels were provided for pool. Would visit again if in the area.

The room was good and the bathroom also, with something of ”character” but well. the right staff. The problem is breakfast. It is not as the photo shows. It was very limited and it is not at all of the category or price of a hotel of that category., We arrived after the time of opening but wasn't all still put. And the cheese they served were virutas, unacceptable. When we went, they took up decent pieces. There's a lot to improve. I recommend you to send a study trip to the breakfast manager.

The hotel staff was very accommodating. My friend and I checked in pretty late at night and requested a room with two double beds - which they were able to provide. Due to jet lag, my friend spent a lot of time in the room, and interacted quite frequently with the cleaning staff. She said that they were very kind and accommodating - coming to clean the room and give us extra towels when we asked. The most amazing part of the hotel is the included continental breakfast. They had delicious fruit, bread, sliced meats and cheeses, and pastries. It was a really good spread. The main downside of the hotel was that the air conditioning wasn't working very well while we were there. Luckily it wasn't too hot outside, so we slept most nights with our balcony door open, but hopefully this gets fixed soon! Otherwise, the location of the hotel is really great. It's right next to a beautiful park.

Hôtel situé dans une petite rue d’Albacete avec des commerces aux alentours dont un petit supermarché juste en face. L’hôtel dispose d’un parking payant (17 ou 18€/nuit) : je vous conseille de klaxonner avant de commencer votre montée car la porte met du temps à s’ouvrir. Nous avons reçu une très grande chambre côté rue, avec les volets et fenêtres fermés on entendait rien du tout. Le lit était grand et la literie très confortable !!! La tv s’incline que vous soyez à table ou dans le lit. Il y a un petit frigo. Très grande salle de bain avec une baignoire à remous (que nous n’avons pas utilisé), chaussons et nécessaires de douche à disposition. Le personnel est très gentil et près à répondre à toutes les questions et à aider malgré mon anglais approximatif. Je ne peux pas juger du petit déjeuner car je suis partie à 4h du matin. Donc si vous êtes de passage, n’hésitez pas !

We have stayed in many B&B hotels in France but this was a first for Spain, a break in our journey from Santander to Roldan. B&B hotels are at the budget end of the range and good value, albeit rooms are small and facilities fairly basic (but clean). We were then very surprised, pleasantly so, to find we had a large room and large bathroom, all spotlessly clean. Bed was comfortable and we slept well. Breakfast was the usual continental. Plenty of free car parking. Only drawback is that it is in an area with lots of retail properties and eating options are quite limited - we did find a pizza and pasta restaurant in the shopping mall; the other options are McDonalds KFC.

With regard to the treatment of workers and the stay nothing to object, but it is not a good place for drivers, in most hotel parkings you charge a parcel that is what you occupy and put the two bikes in the parcel. In this, we were charged the bike individually and we were given a parcel under a rampa, a small space and you were hit with your head on the roof, paying more than a tourism treat you worse.

And the cheese they served were virutas, unacceptable. When we went, they took up decent pieces. There's a lot to improve. I recommend you to send a study trip to the breakfast manager.

The hotel staff was very accommodating. My friend and I checked in pretty late at night and requested a room with two double beds - which they were able to provide. Due to jet lag, my friend spent a lot of time in the room, and interacted quite frequently with the cleaning staff. She said that they were very kind and accommodating - coming to clean the room and give us extra towels when we asked. The most amazing part of the hotel is the included continental breakfast. They had delicious fruit, bread, sliced meats and cheeses, and pastries. It was a really good spread. The main downside of the hotel was that the air conditioning wasn't working very well while we were there. Luckily it wasn't too hot outside, so we slept most nights with our balcony door open, but hopefully this gets fixed soon! Otherwise, the location of the hotel is really great. It's right next to a beautiful park.

With regard to the treatment of workers and the stay nothing to object, but it is not a good place for drivers, in most hotel parkings you charge a parcel that is what you occupy and put the two bikes in the parcel. In this, we were charged the bike individually and we were given a parcel under a rampa, a small space and you were hit with your head on the roof, paying more than a tourism treat you worse.

Hôtel situé dans une petite rue d’Albacete avec des commerces aux alentours dont un petit supermarché juste en face. L’hôtel dispose d’un parking payant (17 ou 18€/nuit) : je vous conseille de klaxonner avant de commencer votre montée car la porte met du temps à s’ouvrir. Nous avons reçu une très grande chambre côté rue, avec les volets et fenêtres fermés on entendait rien du tout. Le lit était grand et la literie très confortable !!! La tv s’incline que vous soyez à table ou dans le lit. Il y a un petit frigo. Très grande salle de bain avec une baignoire à remous (que nous n’avons pas utilisé), chaussons et nécessaires de douche à disposition. Le personnel est très gentil et près à répondre à toutes les questions et à aider malgré mon anglais approximatif. Je ne peux pas juger du petit déjeuner car je suis partie à 4h du matin. Donc si vous êtes de passage, n’hésitez pas !

Went for the superior double, good room small balcony. Ensuite was large and clean. Location is excellent around 4km from Albacete itself. Easy to find - free parking. Staff friendly, easy check in / out. Bar area was good and most of the food was good. Super place to visit with large swimming pool which was sparkling. Towels were provided for pool. Would visit again if in the area.

We have stayed in many B&B hotels in France but this was a first for Spain, a break in our journey from Santander to Roldan. B&B hotels are at the budget end of the range and good value, albeit rooms are small and facilities fairly basic (but clean). We were then very surprised, pleasantly so, to find we had a large room and large bathroom, all spotlessly clean. Bed was comfortable and we slept well. Breakfast was the usual continental. Plenty of free car parking. Only drawback is that it is in an area with lots of retail properties and eating options are quite limited - we did find a pizza and pasta restaurant in the shopping mall; the other options are McDonalds KFC.

This hotel is a walk on memory lane, a fresh sip of water. It brings you back to the time when hospitality had a whole different sense. When tourism was not an industry and every hotel had its unique mark of hospitality. This is the best hotel I have found in Spain so far. Even if the weather was awful, I have fond memories of Albacete thanks to my stay in Castilla hotel. Wonderful staff, strategic location . Perfect room .
