Outside first view lovely as soon as you walk in its a 1970 throw back. Photos on website are false there is no bar or restaurant or sunbeds on roof terrace. Also only sunbeds by pool no tables or chairs.our apar**ent was spacious microwave didn't work kettle plug had burnt out and plug socket in bedroom was hanging off the wall. Bathroom tiles and grout was mouldy. So photos are very misleading

Location was fine. Hotel has potential to be much better than it is. Room was a good size and clean. But honestly felt like we were in an old peoples home or a wake house. Literally no a**osphere what soever. There were bar facilities but was not opened, so no life at all around the public areas. Heavy rain one day knocked all the tvs off and when we enquired at reception were told they needed a box of some sort but couldnt get it. No sorry or any rush or want to do anything about it. Not much you can do on a rainy day here with no tv, bar or entertainment. A bit of background music even in reception would make a bit of a difference. will not be back and won't be sending any of my own customers to it either.

Lovely receptionist, the area this is located is nice, close to the beach about a 15 min walk to the ***** or old town. The room however was average, the room is dirty mainly in corners and under the bed, and had bugs in the bathtub a couple of nights. The balcony is quite big however wish they had an ashtray. The cleaners only cleaned the room once and the 2nd time my friend asked for them to clean they didn’t take the bins out or done the bed so not actually sure if they even cleaned the room. Read that the pool was only open July- September but the pool was open. The Jacuzzi was broken apparently and didn’t actually know where it was. They told us to go to a different hotel went there for them to say the same thing went to the third hotel of theirs which had an indoor pool and jacuzzi. Tried to play pool the one night but was blocked by loads of chairs so not sure what that was about. So overall was average but wouldn’t stay here longer than a couple of days.

Stayed here for a week in July 2023. The complex operates only as self catering.. There’s no bar, drinks or food in complex despite having the amenities for same. Some apar**ents are owned by hotel and owned by private owners. We stayed in apar**ent owned by private owner. It was on the ground floor. Very clean and airy. Nice sheltered balcony and loads of room to dry clothes. Pool area is clean and loads of sunbeds available. A few tiles missing but nothing too much. It is the perfect location for old town and the beach. You can walk in via the board walk. 10/15 minute walk. Highly recommend.

We went on a three generational holiday booked as an EasyJet holiday. I must admit we were a bit apprehensive before travelling after looking at some less than flattering reviews. However, check-in at the hotel was quick and efficient, the lady at reception was polite. We had three rooms booked, Grandparents got an upgrade from studio to apar**ent so they were happy. However one member of the party travelling as single was allocated a room on the ground floor that was eye level with swimming pool. We nicknamed it the dungeon. It was a bit smelly, the shower curtain grubby and there was no soap dispenser in the shower room. Security was an issue too, as it looked as if somebody had been in the room, which caused her to ask to be moved after the second night, which reception accommodated. The large pool and the kiddies pools were fine, but there are small tiles coming off. This did not affect out holiday and in no way affected safety. The large slaps around the pool are showing signs of settlement but this again is a minor issue. We did not have to get up a silly o'clock to put towels out on sunbeams - there were always enough. The biggest problem is that it was really hot while we were staying and there are not enough parasols around the pool. The ones that ere there are starting to look a bit tired - splits and holes I them. The room we stayed in was clean, plenty of space. The kitchen has an induction hob, toaster, fridge and all utensils needed for a self-catering holiday - although we didn't use anything apart from the toaster. You have a tea towel but do need to provide own washing up liquid and dishcloth or sponge/scourer. There are cups and saucers for hot drinks, so, in anticipation we took our own mugs, as cups are not big enough. The bed was two singles pushed together. We found this very comfortable with very good pillows. Bath and shower was adequate, plenty of hot water. Balcony had an airer and two chairs and table. These apar**ents obviously used to do food - "Restaurant" appears in the lifts as an option on floor two. There is now a redundant bar area, a lounge area that nobody uses and a terrace area. There is also a gym - I didn't use it so can't comment on it. This is on the ground floor, level with the pool. It's a real pity that there the bar isn't open for drinks, teas and coffees, soft drinks or poolside snacks. To my mind the management should move the gym up to where the bar used to be, and open a snack bar/bar where the gym is. In saying that there is a snack bar three doors up the hill, and a restaurant, called Panacee (the staff there are fabulous) a minutes walk down the hill. There are "supermercados" selling bread, milk, ice creams, the usual stuff more or less next door. There are two bars immediately next door to the apar**ents. Stayed at the hotel recently. The young man that checked us in was very friendly throughout the stay. Good location 10 minute walk into the new town, old town Taxi/Tuk Tuk into the old town would recommended as it’s very hilly but a 4/5 minute drive in a taxi. Beach is literally a minute walk downhill but a big hill coming back up so be prepared. Rooms were really big with really big balcony overlooking the pool, but very outdated and could do with some money being put into it. The Aircon didn’t work in the rooms so got very hot day and night and we had to leave the doors open. Advertisement said 2 jacuzzis both of which were closed, says a bar/restaurant available neither of which were both were closed off. If not offering the service needs to be mentioned to people paying to stay at the hotel before booking.

We booked and informed hotel that it was our honeymoon. Checking in we were given worst room in hotel, a wheelchair room with no balcony and a wet room shower. The receptionist started apologising before we even got to the room!! We found 2 cockroaches that night. We were upgraded the next day w bottle of Prosecco in our room which we appreciated, however this wasn’t the end of problems. We only stayed a week, and the first 4 days were spent begging reception to give us a fridge with a working freezer section. Our fridge had no shelves in door so can’t fit an open bottle of wine in fridge. We spent €20 on ice creams for them all to melt in freezer. The service man was so rude saying there was nothing he could do, we tried defrosting it, no luck and angry by this point. Day 4 we eventually got a new freezer and another 24hrs later it was cold enough to freeze, so we had ice creams in our apar**ent on the last day. I think this was absolutely disgraceful considering how much it is to stay here, and I think a fridge freezer for your cold drinks/bottle of wine/ice creams is THE biggest reason you pay for apar**ent rather than hotel room on holidays. Reception were only okay with dealing with all this. Warning the hotel has NO BAR & NO RESTAURANT open which isn’t mentioned and a poor gym. Rowing machine broken, only weights up to 5kg so useless for men. Very little a**osphere apart from stag dos, BUT quiet enough to get beds in morning. LOTS of hair on floor in room after cleaning

Our room was very clean but is dated, in fact the whole hotel is due a massive upgrade. Staff were very pleasant. Bar and restaurant were not open and staff member said it had not been open since COVID. A massive group of Brits turned up all men with a slap of beer at the pool, load music went on straight away, swearing and being very loud in general, they soon cleared the pool! Group of Dutch lads in apar**ent above our friends were very noisy and kept flicking cigarette ash on there balcony, they had a fight and one of them had to go to hospital. Our friends changed rooms which was good. Location though was perfect and hotel would be lovely with an up grade and no groups should be allowed to book.
