À primeira vista, melhor do que esperava, no entanto, com o decorrer da estadia encontramos pontos negativos: o tempo de espera na recepção é de loucos, parece um serviço público português. Não é admissível que com tantos hóspedes haja apenas uma pessoa a atender de cada vez... O jacuzzi do hotel, que está incluído no preço, tem a água gelada e so fumcionam 2 saídas de ar. Logo, é quase impossível la estar. Bonito mas sem utilidade... No SPA que é pago, há tb aspetos a melhorar por isso mesmo, porque ao ser pago e dentro de um 4 estrelas, não pode ter portas a arrastar pelo chão, por exemplo, como tem no wc das mulheres. Tb existem portas de segurança que não abrem nas barras o que é muito estranho e mais estranho ainda é não haver equipamento de segurança na cozinha como extintor ou manta uma vez que tem fogão.
No entanto, a remodelação foi bem conseguida e espero que estes aspectos sejam rapidamente melhorados porque queria regressar ao hotel.

Hotel położony w dobrej lokalizacji. W niedalekiej odległości od hotelu znajdują się cztery bardzo ładne plaże. Hotel udostępnia darmowy bus na trasie Hotel-Miasto-Plaża👍. Do starego miasta w Albuferii jest 4km warto je odwiedzić - znajduje się na wzgórzu przy piękniej plaży. W mieście dużo lokali gastronomicznych, dyskoteki, puby...
Warto wybrać się do Zoomarine w Algarve i Sand City, przejazd taksówką dla 6 osób na trasie Albuferia Sol Hotel&Spa - Zoomarine 22,50€, Zoomarine - Sand City 22€ i Sand City - Albufeira Sol Hotel&Spa 45€. Jak ktoś chce można poszukać transportu komunikacją miejską.
Hotel czysty. Miła a**osfera. Bardzo pomocna obsługa w recepcji, restauracji i w barach. Opcja all inclusive zdecydowanie wystarczająca : pyszne jedzenie - każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Do dyspozycji gości jest jeden duży basen oraz mały kryty basen & jacuzzi,SPA dostępne za dodatkowymi opłatami.
Pokoj przestronny z balkonem 👍 wyposażony w lodówkę, dwupalnikową płytę do gotowania, kuchenkę mikrofalową, czajnik oraz garnki etc...
Są dwa wyjścia na balkon z pokoju i z salonu. W pokoju znajduje się jedno duże łóżko(można rozłączyć na dwa pojedyncze) a w salonie dwie rozkładane sofy(duża i mała) - jak dla nas 3 osoby +dzieco 8 lat wystarczająco i wygodnie. W łazience są zel do kąpieli i szampon...
Transport z i na lotnisko w Faro od 40-48€ w zależności od ilości osób.

Booked via Love Holiday for 6 of us, we stayed in 2 self catering apar**ents for 4 nights. Overall an okay hotel, staff were nice and attentive, well located with Aldi only a 10min walk away and lots of amenities on site. I would say the apar**ents were fit for purpose but not overwhelmingly nice, just okay. Towels replaced daily and apar**ents cleaned. They do take a €100 deposit per room payable by card or cash. Also be aware spa is NOT INCLUDED and needs to be booked on the day for €7.50 which was a real shame as we thought this came with the hotel. Breakfast buffet was €10 and was okay, again not the best but did the job. The indoor pool was good and heated and we spent every day using this pool. Lots of space to sit and relax around the hotel which we utilised. Also note that the free shuttle service to the old town only runs in summer but they can order taxis for you instead which we did. I would say overall it does the job but if I were to visit Portugal again I would not book this hotel personally

Visited with friends, immaculately clean, reception staff on check-in were very friendly, food was really good, huge rooms, good location near the ***** with added bonus of shuttle bus into the old town, entertainment team were amazing.

Went all inclusive with this hotel with my family, the hotel was spotless upon arrival, rooms were spacious and the pool view was glorious Staff were courteous, entertainment team were great with children and the food was superb Getting sun loungers was never an issue and the pool was clean and refreshing Location perfect and only a long street away from the *****, slightly further to the beach but no problem for us, although they put on a bus which would be helpful for others. I don’t have one bad thing to say about this place and our family of 6 left very happy and if we come back to Albufiera this is where we will go to

Just back from a 4 night stay with friends. Really good mix of nationality’s. Hotel staff were all friendly and polite. The hotel is clean and well maintained. Apar**ents are spacious with comfortable beds. The food was really good considering it’s all inclusive lots of choices always fresh and tasty. In fact best food I’ve had in a hotel. Pool was heated to take the chill off and always clean and well maintained. The way the pool area is situated it gets the sun all day and there were plenty of sun beds. Entertainment staff were brilliant. Very energetic and funny. Read a few bad reviews before I went and I can safely say there all rubbish can’t fault anything about our stay. The hotel and staff really make an effort to make your stay as good as possible. I’d definitely return.

We stayed with our 2 girls aged 5 and 9years for 5 nights from 5th of May, our room was spacious and spotless. Each day we had no problem getting sun loungers and the pool was were our girls spent most of their days. The food was good, lots of variety, lovely fresh rolls and salads each day. I didn't find it hard to feed the kids. The entertainment team were great all day, engaged with everyone and actively tried to get people involved. My girls were particularly taken with Joana and Pedro they both had a great way with the kids and gave alot of energy to their job, especially when dancing 😁😁There were activities through the day, like water polo, darts, tennis for both adults and children, a kids club, mini disco in the evening and shows at night. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely visit again.

The hotel was very good and food was nice - vegan and vegetarian options.The staff was amazing and the kids club is the best so far and keep kids engaged . My 7year old loved it. They also had evening entertainment which was good too. Special thanks to restaurant manager and chef who got a special birthday cake baked for my daughter.. she was so happy. The suite was also good and spacious and lovely stay and cleaning ladies did great job. The negatives I would say is the location .. it’s away from Main Road so had to walk on the cobbled road to reach the hotel with 1 kid and a baby as the shuttle bus didn’t drop us from of the hotel. The lady receptionist not very friendly when we checked in and checked out. She could be bit helpful specially when checking in hotel with kid and a baby with us.

Hotel was very clean, food was amazing something different every night. Drinks all inclusive were good . Can't fault anything, hotel room was wonderful and cleaned every day. Suite with pool view was fantastic. Definitely returning next year.
