The location is a bit far from the hotel. You won’t sleep at night because of young/and not so young drunk Brits. The only good thing about the hotel is the staff. There is a sauna too, which was also good. The entrance is through another hotel.

房間面積很大，有廚房，乾淨衞生，早餐豐富，多點熱牛奶就更好了，地理位置方便，離超市海邊都不遠，服務很快捷

Just come back from staying in this hotel and will say we really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for us as it’s just around the corner from the ***** and there are a number of shops close by. We opted for half board but if we stayed here again we would definitely not choose the dinner option as the choices available were not for us. I will say given the location of this hotel I would not recommend for older people or families as it is quite loud at night.

Literally 400 or metres away from ***** central if that floats your boat. Reception...21st Century, rooms...stuck in the 80's. This place is seriously in need of a lick of paint, or a complete overhaul. Pool to the Luna Hotel does not appear on Google Maps, so either it's magicaly appeared over the last few years or Google Maps is in the Mediterranean mode of life...chilled and horizontal. Room was relatively big, being a self catering unit (135) but the lights seem a little iffy, if that's what you call it; loose light bulbs that gave the impression of a duff lamp! Cutlery not in the place where you would least expect it to be (maybe place it in the kitchen area, and not the 'sideboard' in the lounge area) Pool area is not as strict as the hotel opposite to it, there us no rush for a sunbed due to most of the hotel occupants being racked up in their beds from partying too hard the night before, so there is no need to set your alarm at stupid O'clock and run for a bed...there are plenty; Pool not that warm considering! All in all, a few days break from the riggers of the mundane UK living, good weather and cheap local beer! Sagre €2.50 a pint.

We stayed in room 328. The room was clean, fairly big and had everything we needed for a short 4 night stay. After 2 nights we put the ‘make up room’ sign on the door however the room was not cleaned and no fresh towels were put in the room. I went to reception and had to chase twice for clean towels. The second time the member of staff was very helpful, however the first member of staff said the cleaners had been very busy with check ins. The pool was clean and had new sun beds. The hotel is centrally located (5 mins from new town and 20 mins walk from old town)

DO NOT VISIT THIS HOTEL AS A FAMILY... Wow this hotel is just full of Stag do's who will keep you up all night. Even through the hotel says it does not accept them. The worst hotel i have ever stayed in. Had to ring down most nights as the hotel was so loud no sleep over the 7 days.

Rooms are perhaps a bit dated, but I expected that for the price - they’re still functional, very clean and comfortable. The kitchens were well-equipped and the pool and gym were nice. All the staff I met were helpful and friendly. Close to restaurants etc, supermarket across the road and there’s a stop for the tourist ‘train’ just up the road.

I loved the suite because it was large & very comfortable. The price was amazing however they charged for pool towels & the use of the safe! Walking distance to a grocery store. A bit far from the Old Town of Albufeira however we did walk it once. An Uber was 4 Euros. Close to a few good restaurants as well! 2pools also which was nice! Outside pool not heated. I do recommend this hotel!
