"Nie rezerwujcie! Po przyjeździe powiedziano nam, że przydzielono nam inny (podstawowy) pokój, mimo że w rezerwacji widniał standardowy (większy, bardziej przestronny) pokój! Mogliśmy zarezerwować ten pokój na jedną noc, ale wtedy musieliśmy dopłacić! Pomimo tego, że wszystko było spisane i spędziliśmy cztery godziny na telefonie z agentem rezerwacji, kazano nam to zrobić samemu. Musieliśmy szukać innego hotelu, ponieważ hotel był pełny... zero współpracy i zrozumienia, a jeśli mieliśmy jakieś skargi, musieliśmy do nich pisać maile. Bardzo rozczarowujące. Nie róbcie tego więcej!"
