Beautiful historic building hotel. Staff was great. Just one thing. Air Conditioner didn’t work properly and it was literally a sauna they said it was too hot outside but I don’t buy it as after living in Miami Beach has never has these problems and it’s much hotter and humid.

We stayed here for 3 nights. It’s a very nice hotel . The staff is very good, breakfast each morning was terrific. A wide variety of food to choose from . Fresh eggs and a variety of meats , fruit , pastries and cheeses. The coffee was great. Hotel rooms were clean and the hotel location is very good.

Hotel unico di interesse artistico, posizione centralissima a due passi dal corso nel bellissimo centro storico di Altamura, camere confortevoli, personale cordiale con un ottima prima colazione ed un bel ristorante interno. Consigliato!

Esperienza unica, staff eccellente, palazzo storico di classe e location ineguagliabile. Situato a pochi passi dalla Cattedrale, abbiamo potuto visitare il centro storico di Altamura apprezzandone la bellezza. Ritorneremo volentieri.

Posizione ottima che consente sia di muoversi a piedi per visitare Altamura che di raggiungere in pochi minuti località imperdibili come la vicina Matera. Camere pulite e confortevoli. Colazione di qualità personalizzabile al.massimo. gli addetti alla reception sono cortesi professionali e disponibili.

Situato nel cuore centro storico di Altamura, l'hotel offre, all'interno di uno splendido palazzo antico, confortevole stanze, accoglienti e pulite. Gentile e cortese il personale alla reseption che è riuscito a risolvere in poco tempo il nostro problema riguardante l'orario di check in. La posizione dell'hotel presenta un unico svantaggio: risulta quasi impossibile trovare parcheggio. Comunque consigliato.

Ottima sistemazione e cortesia del personale, in pieno centro ma scomodo per accedervi con la macchina... Deludente la prima colazione, da un hotel 4 stelle mi sarei aspettata una colazione assortita con dolce e salato,o con qualcosa di locale e invece molto scarsa e per aver chiesto delle uove strapazzate abbiamo pagato un supplemento.
