"This lovely, 17th century palazzo was our home for a week as part of a walking holiday. Every morning we walked down through the old city walls to our bus, parked outside in the modern town we never visited except to drive through. Our bedroom was one of the ones close to the stairwell, with a high, beautifully painted ceiling and enough room to have a party in it. The bed was comfortable and spotless, the bathroom spacious and well-equipped - but for one thing: I could have done with at least one other hook in the bathroom, as well as a chest of drawers in the bedroom. There isn't really enough room for the clothes of two people in the wardrobe. The breakfast in the Caravaggio room was lovely and the service friendly and obliging. We had a tiny balcony overlooking a side-street where the barber's shop just beneath entertained us with their enthusiastic conversations - and I'm not being sarcastic: we loved hearing them. I don't know how the temperature would be in high summer - our air-con unit was of an old-fashioned type which we liked because it didn't dry the air out as much as a modern one, but it wasn't particularly cold either. It was perfect in mid-September. Altamura doesn't have many foreign tourists as yet - we were made to feel extremely welcome in the shops and in the restaurant we ate in. All in all, I loved the hotel, the ambience, the feeling of being in the heart of a historic Italian town."

"Nowy hotel w dobrej lokalizacji: centrum Altamura jest osiągnięte w odległości spaceru w około 15 minut. Mamy ogromny pokój z pokój i podwójną łazienką. Dobry śniadanie i parking w pobliżu. Istnieje również możliwość wstawienia samochodu do garażu hotelowego za 10 euro. Spotkaliśmy się w ich restauracji i byliśmy zadowoleni, chociaż cena jest nieco wyższa niż średnia. Jedynym punktem jest obecność okna w prysznicu, który szedł do pokoju, a to może być problem, jeśli mieszkańcy nie są pewni."
