Ótimo hotel, quarto grande e limpo, funcionários muito profissionais, fantástico pequeno almoço.

Na wstępie zaznaczę, że recenzję piszemy z perspektywy osób bezdzietnych :) Od początku wiedzieliśmy, że jest to hotel przeznaczony głównie dla rodzin z dziećmi, ale nie spodziewaliśmy się, że to one skradną całe "show". POD KONIEC WRZEŚNIA. Wieczorami animacje zaczynały się od ok godz. 20:00 i trwały grubo ponad godzinę z przeznaczeniem WYŁĄCZNIE dla dzieci. Dopiero później zaczynały się gry i zabawy dla nieco starszych. Ogromnym plusem był podział restauracji dla rodzin z dziećmi i 16+. Hotel zadbany, w środku robiący naprawdę dobre wrażenie. Sprzątanie "na życzenie", wymiana ręczników -pod tym kątem naprawdę duży plus. Jedynym rozczarowaniem był dla nas brak żelazka. W żadnym pokoju nie było dostępne, natomiast goście mogli skorzystać z usługi pralni i prasowalni. Ceny różniły się w zależności od ubrania, ale wydaje mi się, że 8 czy 10 euro można przeznaczyć na inne cele :) Obok hotelu znajduje się duży kort tenisowy, boisko do piłki siatkowej i nożnej, ale niestety nie zauważyliśmy, żeby kiedykolwiek był otwarty. Plaża przepiękna, szeroka, bardzo zadbana, natomiast nie zauważyliśmy żadnych publicznych toalet (to tak na marginesie :) ) Z hotelu jeździ bus co pół godziny więc to też ogromny plus, bo pieszo zajmowało to ok 25min. W Portugalii byliśmy pierwszy raz, baaardzo pozytywnie nas zaskoczyła. Piękne, zielone tereny, przemili ludzie, no ogólnie bajka :) Pogoda była bardzo zmienna. Poranki mgliste i pochmurne, dopiero ok południa pokazywało się słońce, czasem deszcz. Ale po prostu trafiliśmy na "przerwę" od upałów. PS. jedzenie i drinki fantastyczne!

Hotel może i wyglada na 4 gwiazdki ale w mojej ocenie powinien dostać 1 gwiazdkę. Jedzenie na stołówce zimne nawet zaraz po otwarciu, codziennie jest to samo zero urozmaiceń… all tu się nie opłaca a po każdym jedzeniu w tym hotelu od razu ma się gratis przeczyszczenie. Jak można podawać zimne jedzenie to niedopuszczalne. Poza tym terror maseczkowy… ochroniarz łysy i bardzo nie miły ciagle upomina żeby zakryć nos. Człowieku wszyscy goście są przetestowani przed przylotem wiec ty możesz być zagrożeniem a nie my. Robi to w bardzo nie miły sposób. Nie polecam tego hotelu mimo że obsługa hotelowa jest bardzo miła i pomocna to stołówka psuje cały wyjazd.

Me and my family stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks in May. The rooms were very modern and clean. The Wi-fi worked well in our room but wasn't as great in other rooms in the hotel. We really enjoyed the food as found there was always a variety of food. They had two restaurants; blue and green as the blue restaurant was for guests over 12 years old only. Great location as only a small walk away to the town of Alvor and the hotel ran a complimentary bus to the beach. Although we did find the animation team and entertainment in the evening to be disappointing. We thought the animation team could be more interactive and found the entertainment on the evening to be low budget and very slow. We often found ourselves bored of the entertainment so left half way through. We thought there was way too long between the mini disco at 8:30 for the entertainment to start at 9:30. Furthermore the schedule for the entertainment on the evening was only on a 1 week rotation meaning if you stayed longer then 7 days you would see the same shows the following week. The pool was a good size and there was always sunbeds spare. Found most of the staff to be polite however found one particular bar man "Antonio" to be extremely rude therefore leading me and family to try and avoid being served by him as found he had the same rude manner everytime he served us. Overall would recommend this hotel but the animation team and entertainment needs to be improved.

From the moment we arrived we felt welcome, Fantastic hotel with the friendliest of staff. Everyone went above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. We had a 2bedroom pool view apar**ent. Wasn't too noisy being just above the pool bar. Rooms where very clean and adequate to our needs. All Inclusive food was really good and a wide range of choice so suited us down to the ground. Walking distance to the centre of town. Uber cost 3Euros when the kids where too tired to walk up the hill. Daily shuttle bus to the beach approx. leaving every hour. Entertainment team went above and beyond they where fantastic in our opinion with daily activities and night time. The pool is absolutely freezing initially but you soon get used to it haha! Little ones this did not phase them they would spend all day in the pool if they could. Would recommend staying here and we will be back!

Beautiful hotel, lovely staff, great food, will stay here again in future Tui rep Paulo was helpful and we did the Zoomarine, 4x4 jeep tour and Western Algarve tour from hotel which were all great trips! Portimao beach was nearby and was lovely for an afternoon out Beautiful place and will visit again in future!

The Good: Clean. Friendly staff. Food was pretty good, room/suite good size, plenty of sunbeds, location is ok. The Bad: NOISE everywhere, all the time---at the pool, awful load music and/or 'bingo' nonstop. In both restaurants, so much noise, you can't talk to someone at same table much less enjoy a meal---like huge echo chambers. Same with lower level bar. The halls are dark, very dark. Bedrooms have bed end tables and a desk--without any drawers. Talked with others who had been before---all were negative, will not return. We've enjoyed several trip to Algarve; first time to this hotel and we wouldn't come back if it was free. Can't emphasize enough how bad/disturbing the noise is. Other: Seems to be a favorite of the French. The 'all inclusive' wine could have been better, could have been worse. Long walk to lifts from most of the rooms.

Just got home after a week as a family of 3 with a 3 year old, we have come back feeling a bit meh about the hotel, it isn’t bad don’t get me wrong but the reviews calling this place amazing is a bit of a stretch. The rooms are great no complaints, huge balcony’s and great air con, loved the bed and the shower but the rest is just okay, the pool is massive and a kids pool at the far end, we found the water far to cold and we spent quite a lot of time with a cold and shivering 3 year old, the play area is great got to give credit to the hotel for that, but the rest isn’t the best, little lost at the reviews claiming the food is amazing, to us it was very limited options & we were bored of the food by the end of the week, same stuff and not sure how they host a full hotel with the small amount of dishes they actually have available, very disappointed - the entertainment in the evening wasn’t the best & the drinks were okay nothing to shout about, some of the staff are great especially on the front desk, but found a lot of the people who worked on the pool bar very uninterested and grumpy (especially the women) no way is this the worst hotel at all but it didn’t blow us away for us to come back in the future.

Hotel is just lovely. Friendly staff and good value for money. The pictures online dont do it justice. It was a nice stroll into town The food has a good variety and enough to suit the whole family. We were a group of 10 with no complaints. We were celebrating birthdays and the staff couldn’t do more to help
