"We could not recommend this hotel enough. Each and every one of the staff are so friendly and helpful. Everywhere was spotless and really well maintained and our room was cleaned daily. The terrace/bar and pool area are lovely and are surrounded by beautiful, manicured planting and grassed area. Huge tv and pool table to the side of the bar area. I loved the open plan nature of all these areas. Sitting on the bar terrace having a cocktail you would think you were in the middle of a park with only trees and rooftops all around. The room was huge with a large comfy bed and a really good fitted out kitchen with included a large fridge/freezer and proper oven. We didn’t need the air con but there was a unit in the main area and another in the bedroom area. Good thick towels as well. We went here to relax and couldn’t have asked for a better atmosphere, it was so peaceful and tranquil. I loved sitting on the balcony listening to and watching the birds in among the trees. We didn’t have a pool view but it made no difference to us at all. Location is great. There is a large supermarket about 5 mins away and then it is another 5 min walk into town with a few bars and restaurants on the way. The town is for rambling in with tiny quaint streets and is full of amazing restaurants, cafes and bars. If you like walking, the nature boardwalk is a must which leads onto a beautiful beach. There are stunning views all along it, then grab a coffee or a cocktail overlooking the harbour and boats as a reward for all the hard work : ) We went for a special occasion and on the day, we came back to the hotel room to find wine chilling in an ice bucket with chocolates and a lovely platter of fruit with the sweetest of notes left beside it. It was such a lovely surprise and a thoughtful thing to do and definitely added another great memory to the occasion. We really enjoyed our stay here and would love to return in the future. Thank you to all the staff for making our break special."

However, the pillows were too soft for my preference. I requested a foam pillow, but was given the same type of pillow instead."

"The service staff, especially in the restaurant, were super friendly and made us feel very welcome. A bit more cleanliness in the room would be desirable. The room booking via Trip.com was confusing regarding the actual room type, and we had to pay a hefty upgrade (100€/day) to get a similar one! The hotel was somewhat accommodating with the add-on of the AI-Premium package."

Amazing staff at reception on arrival and at breakfast (such a wonderful lady who helped us with all our orders) Lovely, clean, and fresh room. **The only issue I have is the shower, its fine with the blind down and lights off but if you wasnt with a partner, it could be quite embarrassing Will visit again"

"The room was lovely, very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the safe did not work which we reported. It would have been nice if tea, coffee was available in the room . Breakfast was very mediocre , Plates and cutlery had to be asked for, the warmers that should have kept food warm did not. The lid of one collapsed resulting in crockery being smashed on the floor-apparently for the 3rd time in several days. Not what  I would have expected of a 4 star hotel."

Wszyscy pracownicy są bardzo przyjazne, specjalne wspomnienie dla Jose i Anna, którzy byli bardzo ciężko pracowali i przyjazne. Mieliśmy apartament ogrodowy i był piękny. Jedzenie w czasie lunchu było bardzo dobre, a także piwo i wino w bardzo rozsądnych cenach. 15 minut spacerem do głównego miasta i plaży, ale tak to lubimy. Wrócimy."

"Lovely stay in a beautiful resort. The Atlantic pool in particular was beautifully landscaped with stunning views over the cliffs and sea. Great selection of restaurants and bars on site and also along the boardwalk towards Alvor. The townhouse we stayed in was clean, apart from the inevitable ants, and had most things needed for a self catering holiday. The only things missing were a hairdryer and bottle opener so bring these with you. Also there is no luggage service offered so depending on where your accommodation is located on the resort be prepared to carry/drag your suitcases some distance."

"This is a beautiful hotel. Spotlessly clean, friendly helpful staff and very peaceful. We was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful spacious room. Fully kitted out kitchen. The bed is huge, it is two singles put together but unlike most hotels the bed was made up as one with king-size sheets which I was very pleased with. Most hotels make the single beds up individually then push them together which I hate. There was a television on a swivel stand so you can watch either from your bed or from the lounge area. Although the telly is something that we do not use when on holiday. The door key was a bit tricky and needed a certain knack to open it that we got used to over time. The shower screen leaked and water went all over the floor. I resorted to using the hand towels as well as the foot towel to catch it but we had clean towels every day which was a relief because of the leak. The breakfast was great, lots to choose from including the English egg, bacon, beans, tomatoes, sausage (but not quite sausages more hotdog sausage) once got mushrooms, make your own toast. Fresh fruit and yoghurt, cereals etc. Although not quite hot but I've never come across a hotel breakfast that does nothing but luke warm food. The bar was manned by some lovely friendly young men. Ruben was great. The grounds were well cared for and mowed regularly. The pool was nice and great for some proper swimming. This was October so only one or 2 children there. There was plenty of sunbeds, most of them empty but don't know what it's like in high season. There was some building work going on next door to the pool but there was no noise coming from it while we were there. The best thing about the pool was the peace. There was no noisy kids blasting out their rubbish music from their phones infact there was no music at all which is just perfect for me, just as I like it. However on the down side there was no pool bar. There is a small wood cabin that used to be a pool bar until it was deemed unfit for use anymore and shut down which is a shame. If only a small investment to reopen it for drinks and snacks I'm sure that in summer months the costs would be reimbursed. My biggest concern was the lack of a life guard. The hotel has a duty of care but not adhered to here. In other countries it would be law but not here it seems. In peak times it would be absolutely necessary while lots of children there, but even out of season like when we were there and the pool is quiet, a lady collapsed on her sunbed and there was no lifeguard who would have a walkie-talkie or phone to call for help and would be trained in CPR . This lady had to be pulled off the sunbed onto the grass and CPR was started by a friend and a man who was on holiday with his wife. An old man went to go up the grassy hill and up the steps to ask reception to call an ambulance. Too long. When things turned serious I (66) ran to reception to tell the emergency services that it's now more serious and she has stopped breathi"

"Idea location near beach and village. Fantastic you have use of the swimming pool, if you want a subbed it’s 4€ a day but they have plenty of space in the grass. Open daily in the summer from 9am to 7pm. Kitchen very clean and modern with everything you’ll need. Large lounge area with sofas and bean bags with TV. Dorms very clean with good storage , only down side is the showers , no space to hang anything. I was in a mixed dorm with 2 showers , thought I’d be waiting for them but never did. Hostel is in a small square that has some bars and restaurants, but not noisy."

"Nice view nice pool loveit W hotelu jest piękna, ale niespodzianka jest taka piękna, że mieszkanie i willa są w różnych typach, które w przyszłości będą mieszkać z rodzicami, a wszystkie widoki na obrazie są w hotelu, trzy baseny, najpiękniejsza jest ta na morzu, a obok niej jest piękna. Platforma widokowa może przejść przez Atlantyk, schody, jaskinie, wiele restauracji w hotelu, ale jest trochę odległa, ale w Portugalii jest wygodna taksówka. Myśleliśmy, że nikt nie będzie sprzątał, zanim wyjedziemy, ale nie spodziewaliśmy się, że następnego dnia serwis pokojowy będzie wchodził i zaszkodziło nam..."
