Excelente e completo de serviço, mesmo numa época baixa em que se poderia supor uma diminuição na qualidade e disponibilidade de serviços. Antes pelo contrário!! Amabilidade e disponibilidade total, assim como o funcionamento das instalações. Uma experiência a repetir, talvez numa outra época do ano.

Pobyt był całkiem dobry, jedzenie było ograniczone w porze lunchu i raczej drogie. Bufet na każdym śniadaniu i kolacji. Brak leżaków, więc zawsze musiałem pozostać w pobliżu basenu.

Pluskwy w naszym pokoju. Personel nie pomógł, abyśmy po zmianie pościeli pozostali w tym samym pokoju. Personel restauracji nie był przyjazny. Jedzenie i napoje były zawyżone, a jedzenie było w najlepszym razie średnie

Obiekt był w dobrej lokalizacji obok plaży i w odległości krótkiego spaceru od miasta (Alvor).
Obsługa była bardzo przyjacielska i pomocna.
Śniadanie było ogólnie dobre i dobrze przygotowane, ale niektóre produkty (np. soki owocowe) były kiepskiej jakości.

Bardzo czysty i nowoczesny obiekt. Lokalizacja jest bardzo blisko do sklepów i wspaniałych restauracji. Na każdym piętrze znajduje się duży hol ze wspaniałym widokiem na plażę, więc nawet pokoje z tyłu mogą to docenić.

The hotel has a lovely position right on the edge of the ocean. The grounds and pool area are immaculate and well cared for. The gate at the bottom or the gardens lead to the beach and walkways. The 2 outside pools were too cold to use in November although some hardy souls did brave a dip. There was also a gym which was well equipped. The room we had was a good size with a balcony that looked out on the car park and road and out over Alvor. The air con/ heating worked well when needed. The bed was very comfortable. The rooms were kept immaculately clean. A safe was provided as standard and there was a decent fridge. Coming out of the lift on each floor, there were chairs and a settee where people could sit and watch the ocean and the sunsets, read or play cards or join with other guests for a chat. The piece de resistance of the stay was the breakfast buffet. Everything you could possibly want was available - cereals, breads, pastries, cheese, hams, fresh fruits, yogurts, freshly cooked eggs to order and full cooked breakfast items. Fruit juices, Spumante and 3 coffee machines took care of refreshments. We were lucky enough to be able to sit outside for breakfast every morning. Staff were always approachable and helpful and the whole place was very welcoming. Would definitely return to this hotel if coming to Alvor and would recommend it highly.

A wonderful hotel in a wonderful golf setting. Clean hotel, excellent catering, friendly service, pleasant prices. We will definitely be back. Beach maintained every day. We were extremely satisfied. We played golf courses Gramacho, Pinta, Silves, Alto, Faldo, O'Connors jnr, and Academy night golf. All wonderful.

This is not a 4 star hotel by a long way. Arrived 5 days ago and the hotel looked ok. Then we discovered breakfast! Unbelievably average, having to search for coffee mugs was the first issue, selection of fresh fruit…… poor and tasteless. Cold meat and cheese…..tasteless. Do not sit outside unless you want to get divebombed by fearless birds! Then there’s the sunbeds…..the worst I’ve ever tried to sit on, uncomfortable, cheap & past their life expectancy. Pool towels full of holes and threadbare! The smallest balconies I’ve ever experienced! Small rooms…..again towels are threadbare, the hotel is past its sell by date by a few years. We’re in room 523 at the end of a corridor and it’s pretty quiet, with fantastic view. Bars taken over by loud and drunk golfers during the day and evening! Struggle to get in the lifts due to golf bags and general attitude of golfing fraternity. Snack bar poor food and overall a 10% surcharge on all food and drink. This hotel is one to avoid if you’re looking for 4 star amenities and a peaceful break. One plus point……..staff are friendly! Got 9 days to go and not looking forward to it!
