Very high standard facility, impeccably clean and comfortable. The apar**ent is large and well decorated. Daily cleaning very impressive. Their staff very attentive and approachable. We have stayed here three times and intent to returning.it’s proximity to town a big bonus.

Just returned from Pestana Alvor Park. Had initially booked a superior Studio but had to change my dates & the only rooms available were the suites with garden view. I was a bit concerned as no reviews had mentioned them. No need for concern they were brand new, spotless & roomy. There was a bedroom modern bathroom & separate lounge/kitchen area with a second TV. The room was located on -1 floor but outside you had a private sitting area & a few steps up to the pool/garden area. It was lovely & quiet with no traffic noise. The Hotel is located in a quiet suburb less than 10 mins walk to beach & town. The staff were so friendly & helpful. Breakfast was good with a choice of continental or cooked. There was freshly squeezed orange juice & some fresh fruits along with the usual pastries. The pool area was lovely with plenty of sun loungers & parasols. Everywhere inside & outside the hotel was spotless. There was a small gym which we didn’t use so can’t comment. There was also a library where you could borrow or swap books. They had a few singers from 4pm /6pm which were really good. We didn’t eat in the restaurant so can’t comment but did have a few meals from the snack bar which were fine. The price was very reasonable for the standard of the hotel. I would highly recommend it.

Just back from a week self catering at Alvor Park. Our apar**ent was a great size with ample storage and all the necessities. We had a large balcony with 2 loungers and table & chairs. The grounds are really well tended and the decor in public areas in funky and modern. Loved the pool(s) , plenty of loungers and parasols to go around. We would definitely consider a return visit. My husband commented on the quietness around the premises, very little road noise or disturbance.

This hotel is wonderful! Great location, clean, lovely room and the staff are so friendly and attentive. We booked to stay here along with 18 other family and we are so glad we did! First time doing self catering, but the standard of these rooms were much like an all inclusive hotel! We had a T1 superior apar**ent and it was massive! Balcony was huge with views of the pool and sea in the distance. Our flight wasn’t until 730pm and transfer time of 430. Check out is 11am however when I asked, as they had the availability, they were able to give us a complimentary late out of 2pm. A wonderful touch as some hotels charge a fortune for this! Would highly recommend staying here!

Just returned from a wonderful fortnight at this apar**ent hotel. The location is excellent and a relatively easy walk to the local supermarket. Uphill coming back but not that difficult. I timed it several times and it was always under 10 minutes. The staff are friendly and the entire area is maintained to a very high standard of cleanliness. There is a bar area and dining facilities. Wonderful restaurant well worth a visit. An indoor and outdoor swimming pools. The only downside is that we had to eventually come back home. Alvor is a delightful area to explore, well worth a visit.

Have stayed many times at this hotel and always enjoyed its friendly helpful but not intrusive staff. It’s in a good location, clean and efficient, present a**osphere. The WiFi is good and the pool areas excellent. I can’t comment on the food or bar as we love to eat out in town or self cater but the areas and ambience looks good. The self catering is quite limited ( microwave dishes need improvement) and some of the furnishings are getting tired. The tv has very limited English Chanel’s. That said I really enjoy our visits here and will be returning for Chris**as and the New Year.

The hotel is spotless, the beds and pillows are very comfortable, the studios are fully stocked with everything you need. George on reception is most friendly and helpful. It is a 10/15 minute walk to Alvor partly uphill and uphill all the way back - I would not like to do that walk in the summer heat! 2 lovely restaurants nearest to the hotel are Al Dente and Napoli Pizzaria - both excellent food and value. The food in the hotel restaurant is not the best - spare ribs that were virtually raw and chewy, pork loin that was pretty tasteless, mixed grill that was just o.k., but the 'amuse bouches' were good! The pool is gorgeous and I am sure that the bar is serviced by more staff in summer but in January they could not cope if there was anyone in the restaurant and we had to leave after waiting 30 minutes to be served. Alvor is a charming little village with lots of places to eat and drink but the most relaxing places were the little restaurants by the estuary where it was so relaxing to sit and watch the boats and the birds.

It was as always a real pleasure to return to Alvor Park. The accommodation is excellent and it is only a short walk from the beautiful beach and boardwalk. What makes this place so very special however is the staff: all the staff are so welcoming, so efficient and so helpful.

Our week at Pestana Park in Alvor was lovely. Full kitchenette for all your snackie needs with a great view of the ocean from our 4th floor room. The cleaning staff was thorough and any questions we had about local transit were promptly answered. Compared to my bed at home it was a little stiff but that's more personal preference than a complaint. I found that it was a really quiet stay but that may be because most of the other vacationers were seniors lol. Would recommend to anyone looking to visit the Algarve region and would go back in a heartbeat! Just book it already ;)
