Personally I faced some problems, like door lock not smooth to open, no room sleepers, little darkness at rooms corridor, price little expensive then the stay experience

It is excellent stay excellent services room are very nice , food is delicious everything is great we are here for sightseeing everything gone very well and definitely will come again and we would like to mention Name of Mr Ajay Front office supervisor and also will recommend to others

Overall good hotel. Food service and taste was good. Staff was so helpful and served jain food by chef dharmender. Rakhvinder also take care of us very well whenever we were in restaurant. Chole kulcha and south indian food was so delicious.

At first the cleaness of the hotel was excellent and the staff at dining was so supportive and very well to coordinate . Chef vimal and chandan making delicious meals and my server rakhvinder so amzing and nice guys the way he talk and talking care of guests is amzing 👍

The food was excellent and staff were also co operative. We checked in by 22:15 and Mr rakhvindar and Mr. Rohit welcomed us like a good friend with good gesture. Overall excellent experience in regenta central amritsar. Thank you for remain all staff.

Had a wonderful stay in this hotel. Few points that I would like to highlight about my stay: 1. Rooms were very clean and our concerns were addressed immediately 2. Restaurant was amazing, their buffet spread had ***y delicious options. Service was excellent, we were extremely happy with the services offered by Anubha, Amith and Kushbu 3. Housekeeping was good as well, special thanks to Sunny and his team. Overall we had an excellent stay, I highly recommend this place..

From the moment we stepped foot in the lobby, we were greeted with Geniune warmth and hospitality, The room was spotless and well-kept throughout our entire visit. We were truly impressed by the meticulous attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel’s service. The hotel’s restaurant surpassed our expect with mouthwatering dishes and outstanding service. Special thanks to Rukhwinder for treating us exceptionally well during our dining.
