The hotel boasts an excellent location — just steps away from Harmandir Sahib, making it incredibly convenient for multiple visits, especially for early morning or late evening darshan. Being situated in the heart of the heritage walk area also means you are surrounded by vibrant streets and what can only be described as a true food paradise. The rooms were impressively spacious, clean, and very comfortable — a pleasant surprise given the prime location within the old city. Check-in was smooth and efficiently handled, setting a positive tone for our stay. A special mention to Sarjan, Sohail, and Gurmeet — the concierge team — for their warm hospitality and attentive service. Their helpfulness and cheerful attitude made a real difference to our experience. The restaurant at SureStay was outstanding.
