"We stayed with you for three days as guests from Les Amis. Overall, we had a pleasant experience. The room was quite warm, and unfortunately the air conditioning didn’t work very well, which made it a bit uncomfortable at times. The service, however, was friendly and welcoming. One of the highlights for us was receiving the miso soup we had wished for that really made us happy, and we appreciate that very much. There was one staff member who seemed a bit off on the first day and again the next afternoon when serving drinks and during breakfast. The egg dishes were delayed, and she didn’t take the coffee order right away. But soon after, another service staff member came by and kindly asked us about our wishes and thanks to her, we received the soup. We are very grateful for that. Reception was excellent friendly, helpful, and always approachable. We definitely plan to return. I’d like to send my warmest regards to the kitchen team also Paul, Ramin, and Sophia. Thank you for your hospitality!"

"The hotel is very well located directly on the Rhine. But that was also the best at this hotel. Even the reception was very dirty, the booked rooms with Rhine view were not available. Instead, small rooms with Blich on a house wall. All old and dirty. Television not serviceable, refrigerator lovely in the room, safe without keys, therefore unused. All cheap and old, which continued also at breakfast. Unfriendly staff, no service, too expensive"

"Very friendly. The breakfast was excellent. Nothing was lacking. Coffee from the fully automatic machine was available to us free of charge 24 hours a day. Fruit and water were also provided. The showers are unfortunately very small, but they did everything they could to ensure everyone had a suitable shower. The rooms are clean and tidy. The price/performance ratio was absolutely fine. We have no complaints whatsoever."

"The design of the room is absolutely fantastic. To stay in this beautiful Ambiente is real fun! The hotel is nicely located in the center of the city a d the rooms are still really quite besides the required sounds of church bells. The breakfast is of wood quality and provide a reasonable variation. The staff are professional and very friendly. Overall I do not hesitate to recommend this hotel!"

"Bardzo ładny hotel, bardzo czysty i bardzo ładny i przedwczesny pracownik. Jedzenie w Sky Bar było bardzo dobre, a śniadanie nie zostawiło żadnych życzeń otwartych. Bardzo bezpośrednio na Rhinie. Z pewnością wrócimy ponownie."
