We anticipated that the hotel would be near a lake, no it's in a retail park. We stayed on a Sunday and in true French fashion, the restaurant was closed! The staff were extremely friendly and pointed out that they had an out of hours menu, which were prepared meals and were surprisingly good. However, I requested a glass of red wine and none could be found, until after we had finished our meal.
The hotel was clean, but confusingly marked out with regard to Covid.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel after reading negative reviews about the state of the rooms. Yes, maybe its not brand new, but the room was very clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. Overall a good place to stay. There is a huge parking place for just 2 euro's a night. Its a bit out of town, but we had a nice walk by the Beautifull lake which is about 10 minutes walk from the hotel (behind Burger King). As been said by many, there is a handy mall across the road with places to eat and a big Carrefour supermarket. We would definitely stay here again. A great rest, recommended.

Arrivée vers 18h00. Accueil sans personnalité, la stagiaire se borne à énumérer tous les coûts de la chambre et du parking (5 Euros la nuit quand même) et à prendre l'empreinte de ma carte bancaire. Quand je demande si le restaurant est ouvert, elle me répond qu'il est fermé le week-end (ce qui n'est indiqué nulle part sur le site et ce que l'on ne m'a pas dit lors de ma réservation par téléphone) puis se ravise puisque nous sommes vendredi et qu'il est donc ouvert... En parlant du restaurant, pas moyen de trouver la carte, obligé de scanner un code barre sur un panneau lumineux dans le hall de l'hôtel, le code barre me renvoie sur le site - en anglais -, le menu est basique, le choix ultra limité et tous les plats à 30 Euros : on laisse tomber, il y a plein de restaurants à Angers. Le bar est désert, et le coca est à plus de 5 Euros, pour ce prix là, même pas une rondelle de citron... La décoration générale est triste , sans personnalité. La chambre est correcte, les lits confortables, en revanche un bon point pour la salle de bains avec pas moins de 5 produits Rituals, deux peignoirs et deux paires de pantoufles. Petit déjeuner passable, pâtisseries et viennoiseries sans aucun goût, le seul serveur ne dit même pas bonjour et ne vérifie pas notre numéro de chambre. Pour conclure, je pense que c'est un hôtel à éviter le week-end à partir du vendredi : comme il ne doit pas y avoir beaucoup de clients, c'est service minimum !

Plutôt agréablement surpris par cet hôtel de province qui ce situe excentrée du centre-ville. Le personnel est jeune mais très réactif et aux petits soins. Le restaurant et room service sont appréciables. Un petit effort sur le prix du petit déjeuner reste à faire…

Les salles de conférence sont très agréables et très confortables . Luminosité modulable . Le matériel audio et vidéo est au top . Accueil formidable. Je recommande vivement pour les séminaires . Et ne pas hésiter à goûter les mets du restaurant .
