The front desk arranged for me to stay next to the cleaning lady's room, and I was woken up very early in the morning (I don't mean to blame the cleaning lady here). 2. The room is not soundproof. There was a lot of noise coming from upstairs at around 2 a.m., and they left after they were done. Are there hourly rooms available at night? 3. I wanted to sleep in at around 8 o'clock in the morning, but I heard the sound of renovation work upstairs. 4. I originally wanted to watch TV, but I found that there was only a remote control that could turn the TV on and off, but no remote control for playback. I went to the front desk, and they said that they would use a robot to turn it on. As a result, I waited for more than an hour. Just when I fell asleep, the phone rang and the robot came. Isn’t this pure torture? The above are my opinions and dissatisfaction. This is not the first time I have stayed at your house, but this time I am particularly disappointed!"
