The front desk staff who checked us in were exceptionally warm and welcoming. They proactively helped with our luggage, thoughtfully guided us to our room, and were patient and attentive throughout. The complimentary value-added services were a real treat: afternoon tea, fresh fruit, tea, and snacks were available during the day, making it a very pleasant way to relax after sightseeing. Later at night, we could even get a bowl of piping hot sour soup noodles, which was wonderfully comforting. Breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh, delicious options that made us feel at ease.
