Great hotel, up to spec and great service. We had a broken toilet and they fixed

Sigara içilmeyen oda talep ettik ancak oda sigara kokuyordu, çarşaflarda yanık delikleri vardı. Bunun dışında temizliği iyiydi. Kahvaltıları beğendim, malzemeleri özenli seçilmiş.
Konum olarak İş merkezinin 6. Katında olması ve binanın altında düğün salonu olması nedeniyle biraz gürültülü bir yerde.

Otelde bir karşılama yok. Bellboy yok. Eşyalarınızı kendiniz taşıyorsuz. Biz 1 gün konakladık 2 yetişkin 2 çocuk. Bavullarımızı çocuklarla birlikte taşıdık. Odaya çıktık oda sigara kokuyor. Sigara içilmeyen odanız yok mu dedik yok dediler. Banyoda yerde kadın saçları vardı. Sonra talep ettik temizlediler. Diş seti istedik 4 adet 2 tane gönderebiliriz dediler. Pek mutlu konaklamadık. Umarım bu konuları düzeltirler.

Otel temizdi. Odada kettle ve çay/kahve yoktu. Bence tek eksikliği buydu. Ayrıca otelin otoparkını bulmak biraz zordu. Sanayinin içine girmeniz lazım.

Location of Hotel is in middle of Industrial estate nothing is local bars etc. Hotel has no bar & very basic rooms which all smell of smoke do not recommend

This hotel is not what you expect it is in the middle of an Industrial estate there is no where to walk to it comprises of a couple of floors which contain mediocre rooms which are very tired. & not particularly clean. The bathroom has bad plumbing problems with terrible smell coming from the toilet, no kettle in the room , no ironing facilities in the room, safe did not work room overlooking a wedding party area which had loud noise at night. Would not recommend.

We had a guest visiting from another country, and while he was maybe happy with the hotel and its services, I, as the one arranging the accommodation, had some concerns. The payment method of the hotel left much to be desired. Normally, when you check in, you pay a small amount upfront and settle the rest upon checking out. However, the hotel staff insisted on multiple upfront payments, calling us each time to demand payment. This happened three or four times since our arrival, which was quite frustrating. One of his staying day , despite informing the resepsion in advance that our guest would being in late, I still received a call at 02.00 a.m (midnight) asking where our guest was staying. It seemed as though they suspected our guest had tried to escape or something. In my opinion, as a company representative working in the Ostim region, I cannot recommend this hotel. I cannot speak to the satisfaction of our guest, but based on my own experience, I would suggest considering other options.
