"I booked the hotel before coming. It was standart room with big bedroom. The room was small. Ok it was predictable. But the cover of the sheet was dirty, we asked the bellboy to change it and also to bring another warm blanket because at night it was cold in the room. Despite this he didn’t bring the blanket. The air conditioner didn’t work however I asked about it as well and they lied saying that it functions well. In conclusion I would say if you want a one night stay with a good breakfast it’s a good decision. The only satisfying thing in the hotel is breakfast. And don’t forget to complain if the staff is not doing their work."

"The hotel is truly a 5-star establishment. I've read many negative reviews about it on Google Maps, but I chose to stay here specifically because its price is very reasonable compared to other hotels in the same category. I opted for a two-night stay, and I'll share my experience based on the first night alone. I'll definitely provide more details later, as I haven't yet visited all the hotel's facilities, which are quite extensive. To begin with, all the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I'd like to thank Mr. Eray for his excellent hospitality; he was very courteous and professional in his dealings with me and other guests. They changed my initial room, number 112, to room 325 because I requested that the air conditioning be adjusted to my preferences. They promptly and without hesitation accommodated my request, demonstrating their excellent cooperation. The rooms are very spacious, and I was pleasantly surprised by room 325's large size, especially the bathroom. I would describe it as a suite within a suite, lacking nothing, without exaggeration. There's also a television in the large bathroom. I will try the rest of the hotel's facilities, such as the restaurant for breakfast, the spa, and other facilities, and I will give a detailed explanation as an addition later. I entered the restaurant for breakfast, and the name of the restaurant is (Hill151), which is affiliated with the hotel. The pictures speak for themselves about the reality inside the restaurant, and the staff were very helpful. I also thank brother Selçuk for his cooperation and kindness, as he was wonderful and answered my questions. Most importantly, all the food is halal. There is also a Turkish bath, a spa, and I have attached pictures in this regard. There is also a mosque inside the hotel, and there is a cafe with very nice indoor and outdoor seating."

"I would absolutely not be wrong to say that this was the best hotel in Ankara I have ever stayed in. They pay great attention to cleanliness and hygiene. The breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented. The spa center was also very nice and hygienic, although the only drawback was that one of the staff members there was a bit too strict. Nevertheless, my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are planning to stay there regularly in the future. In fact, we will be there again during the upcoming Ramadan holiday. Most importantly, I would like to express my gratitude to the receptionist, Mr. Anıl, for his high-quality service, polite demeanor, and friendliness. I think such a good employee deserves a bonus. Looking forward to many more stays there."

"A smiling and very kind welcome made us very happy. The cleaning was very good, the rooms were very comfortable and warm. The view was magnificent. Ankara was like under our feet. There were no kitchenware or slippers in the apartment. I think this is the only sad part. Apart from that, all the hotel staff I met were polite, kind and sincere. I would like to thank each and every one of them. If I go to Ankara again, I will not look for another place. I will just go there."
