非常棒，離火車站老城都很近，房間設備都很新，有熱水壺和咖啡機,早餐很很好吃。

Great stay and amazing service! I really enjoyed my stay. The two things I'll say for improvement: One, they need chairs with BACKS, not just stools. Two, in my room, there was a white box on the wall (maybe 20 x 30 cm big) that was actually letting in cold air from outside. The concierge and I had no idea what it was or how to stop it so we just stuffed it with a towel. It was 0° outside so it was a problem.

The staff is very nice and makes you feel at home. Everyone working at this hotel was very friendly, smiling and helpful. Hugo (Front Desk) was amazing.
The Hotel does a great job selecting personnel and must provide training or coaching on the importance of great customer service.
We enjoyed the hotel HEBE and recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Annecy.

Hotel location spot on everything about the hotel was great for a stop over not many hotel give you free coffee and desert in the reception generally i thought it was great
