"Wow, what a gem of a place 🤩. We have just got back from this little gem and we cannot rate it high enough. New owners Quentin and Marine are doing a fabulous job. The hotel and rooms are spotless, the little courtyard bar area downstairs is superb and we enjoyed a few drinks there on arrival whilst planning our days. They also have a lovely roof courtyard with a gym which was lovely for us to enjoy as our room was on the top floor, we enjoyed having our morning coffee or evening drink before heading out from here. We had breakfast twice before heading out on days and they serve a beautiful continental breakfast with fresh bread. Croissants, pastries, cheese, Yoghurt, juices, coffee and even pancakes as well, truly beautiful and served with such love. They provide towels for you to take to the beach at a very reasonable €3 and we even bought one of their beautiful wines to enjoy on the beach one afternoon. The hotel itself is in a great location in between the Old town of Antibes and Juan Les Pins both beautiful areas supporting fabulous restaurants and bars with such fabulous people. It is a great base to explore Nice, Monaco, Cannes - very easy on the train from Juan Les Pins station 👌 and very cheap transport. We arrived to this station from Nice airport via the tram and train, so easy. The rooms although small have everything you need and the bed was amazingly comfortable after very long lazy days exploring. We wish Quentin and Marine all the very best with their venture - absolutely beautiful, great value for money and fantastic attention to detail. We will most definitely be back 😍 Thank you for our wonderful stay."

Śniadanie było dobrej wartości w €19 za osobę. Pubek basenu miał urocze przekąski i rozsądnie cenione napoje. "Miejsce było świetne. Mogliśmy chodzić do starego miasta, plaży, stacji kolejowej i Juan-les-pins. Pool był witany w gorących sierpień dni. Jednak ludzie nadal rezerwują łóżka słoneczne i opuszczają obszar basenu!! Zakwaterowanie było wygodne, bez punktu i bardzo przestronne. Nasz balkon miał piękny widok z wielkim wschodem słońca. Rozczarowany, że w mieszkaniu nie było klimatyzacji, jak wcześniej zasugerowały planowane. Bardzo gorąco i wilgotne w nocy, co sprawia, że trudno jest spać."

"I’ll cut to the chase: the place is filthy everywhere. My room wasn’t well cleaned either: hairs, mould stains in the shower and used soap left by the last guest. I wouldn’t even touch the ‘breakfast’ place (tables looked like they were cleaned a year ago). If you are placed on the top floor, brace yourself for a lot of stairs. The room is extremely small. I wouldn’t call this place a hotel but a low budget hostel. There’s no one at reception for most of the time which isn’t good if you have issues. My shower drain was blocked and nothing was done even though I complained twice. Positive side is that the room has a fridge and there’s a microwave on the second floor. The manager Kenza is nice. If you can, pay a little bit more and go to a proper hotel. Don’t believe the photos online, it’s not like that. I regretted. This place is expensive for what it is."

"Hotel, very well located very close to the best beach in Cap d’Antibes and from starting point of the path “Arbre Sentier”. Hotel is small, around 15 rooms, family managed, and this is good. Unfortunately room and bathroom are quite small, and worse thing you can heard what happens in the close room. Service is very good, cleaning service is perfect. Price is quite high but you’re paying to stay in Cap d’Antibes in a very good location, for the structure and amenities pice should be lower. Perfect for short visit."
