Location and cleanliness was ok. Service and amenities were also good.

The most worse hotel I had in months, the walls are too thin there is noise all night. Every door which close or every people talk, it will keep you awake. The airconditioning is not working properly, so it’s hot in the room and there was not water in the room to drink. There was not many to choose at breakfast and the most terrible the coffee machine wasn’t working. Never go here again.

Hotel posizionato al centro di Anversa. Molto accogliente,stanze comode e discreto servizio. Unica nota negativa, per 4 pernottamenti la stanza è stata pulita una sola volta e idem per il cambio asciugamani.

Отель находится недалеко от основных достопримечательностей и набережной. Номер современный, удобный, чистый. В номере была капсульная кофе машина со всем необходимым. Напротив находится супермаркет. Из минусов. Крайне плохой wi-fi, а мне он нужен был для работы. Нет круглосуточной стойки регистрации. Персонал уходит в 22:00. В номере не убираются каждый.

Regrettably, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone due to a lack of cleanliness, poor service, and unacceptable conditions in the facilities. From the moment we arrived, we realized something was amiss. Several rooms were left undone and, to our surprise, dirty. It was disappointing to discover that the hotel staff had not adequately prepared the rooms for our arrival. But that wasn't the worst of it. Upon entering the room, we found that the shower exhibited clear signs of rust, which was not only visually unpleasant but also a clear indication of a lack of proper maintenance and cleanliness. Furthermore, some of the bathrooms emitted an unpleasant odor, further adding to our growing dissatisfaction. Faced with this situation, some of my colleagues had to request cleaning products to address the lack of cleanliness in the rooms. The staff's response was not prompt enough, and we felt frustrated having to deal with this situation instead of enjoying our stay. The lack of professionalism and attention to detail from the Hotel National Antwerp staff left much to be desired. The management of cleanliness and response to our requests were unacceptably slow, contributing to an overall very negative experience. In summary, my experience at this hotel was disappointing and distressing. I expected much more from an establishment that presents itself as reputable. I highly recommend reconsidering your choice of accommodation if you value cleanliness, proper facility maintenance, and customer service.

Excellent location. Very comfortable beds. Coffee machine and TV did not work. Lots of dust n hair under the bed and in the corners of the room. Brown circular stains on the towels and bed sheets

The Hotel is well located near the center and restaurants. parking was also close by. Nevertheless, the mattress was burnt on one side, there was no hot water for our morning shower and we were not allowed to check in before 3:00 pm even though we got there at 2:30 pm. Finally, the elevator broke down between two flights for a couple of minutes as we were going down to check out. Not a good experience

Warm welcome. Nice clean & modern reception / rooms / bar. Bedrooms adequate size, clean, crisp white linen on comfortable beds. Smallish, but brand new shower room. Good quality 'pod system' coffee machine. Nice quality free toiletries. Not a lot of space for sitting / chilling and the bar shut at 8, but not a major issue as places to eat and drink til midnight within 50 yards, yet still quiet.. Three stars and better than the ( rubbish ) four star we left in Brussels. Would recommend this hotel
