"1. When I entered the restaurant, there were still open glass beer bottles in the refrigerator. 2. Five days into my stay, I reminded them but they didn’t take it. 3. I am not very willing to answer customer service calls. I often can't be contacted when I need something. 4. The quality of the hair dryer is not high 5. The sink is prone to water accumulation 6. The ceiling light has spider silk The rest of the accommodation is quite comfortable and the environment is good"

"We stayed here while attending Tomorrowland. The location was perfect close to the station and shops. Room was very spacious, bigger than it seemed on the pictures. It had plenty of amenities ironing tools, mini fridge that's actually cold and hot drink station (a little confused about coffee pods but no pod machine to be found in the room). On the downside the walls were super thin. I am not sure if it was our floormates being ultra loud but we heard.every.single.word being said in the hallway and rooms around us. We would stay here again for the convenience of location."

"The location is only 5-10 minute walk from Antwerp Central train station and the walking path (sidewalk) was easy to roll our 3 large bags. I mention this because other EU cities have cobble stone walkways that makes it extremely difficult to pull your bags through the streets. Our stay was with 3 adults so we had to use the sofa bed. The sofa bed and main bed were very comfortable. The room was larger than expected compared to EU standard. I say this because EU hotel rooms typically are much smaller than North American hotel rooms. The bathroom did not have a working lock. The door closed, but we could not lock it from inside. The lighting was poor in the bathroom. Our room was equipped with a fully equipped kitchen which was clean. We did not have breakfast there so I can not comment on the food selection and quality."
