The hotel lobby is the highlight of the hotel. The room was small and visibly older and distressed, although the bed was quite comfortable, and it has all of the needed amenities. There was a large terrace, but the door could not open. For a short business trip it has all you need, although it is more of a student-friendly hotel.

We visited a Festival nearby, so the hotel was 15min to walk. The check in was easy, room is clean and the Balkony was awesome. We will try to book that hotel next year again. The Entrance is with mobile phone and internet, quite nice!

Hotel was on nice location. Nice room, great bed. Shower could be better. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice and enough to choose. You can make your own waffles. Fresh orange juice as much as you want.

I didn’t actually get to stay here unfortunately due to a family emergency - however the people here were so kind and waived the late cancellation policy. It’s so appreciated and I will be staying here next time I’m in Belgium. Will be recommending to friends and family!

Good beds, clean rooms, quiet location, easy access. Personnel are friendly. We stayed with another couple for New Year's eve. Private parking available which is handy. Rooms are clean. Will return again.

We were happy with the hotel and we were pleasently surprised they have their own parkingspots in de new garage only 30 metres from the hotel. The garage is very spacious. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet very much!

The hotel is old and dirty. The carpet is in poor condition. The windows are in poor condition and do not isolate the noise of the cars. The curtains are fatal, and the rooms are infested with bugs. It is a place that I do not recommend and to which I will not return. It is an old building, poorly remodeled and it would be best to demolish it.

The hotel is in a great location and is quite nice. Most importantly for me, being in a new city and not able to speak the language, the people behind the desk were incredibly kind and helpful. I will stay at this hotel again if I return to Antwerp.

Close to the city center with a nice and scenic walk. The staff was very helpfull to secure the safety of our bikes. Nice room, no noise and super facility. If we return to Antwerp we will stay for sure.
