So my bus was cancelled so I had no way to get there from England so I tried to change the booking but I was told to contact the hotel so I called them and they said that "the manager is not in so we called you back" they never did I was just seeing if I can delay checking in for two months so I can rearrange, even if it cost me a little bit more money. I would not stay with a company that has poor customer service.

Excellent location near Antwerpen Centraal Station, busses and trams, as well as the Meir! Having a well-kitted kitchenette helped to save money on eating out - can be very expensive. Grocery stores 2-3 blocks away. Laundry facilities on site were much appreciated. Comfortable beds. Good standard of cleanliness. Have stayed here before and will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Antwerp.

對這個酒店非常滿意、交通方便、旁邊很大停車場每天20、酒店能打折減5。 房間很大，有兩個電子灶台的小廚房、洗碗機、烤箱、冰箱。 鍋碗瓢盆比較齊全。

En plein centre-ville d'Anvers, dans un quartier animé, avec pleins de choses à voir, le quartier des diamantaires, la ville d'Anvers... J'avais mal fait ma réservation et la directrice de l'hôtel à tout fait pour trouver une solution, elle était vraiment gentille et serviable, le personnel de l'hôtel au top, Je n'ai rien à dire de négatif, vraiment super, je reviendrai dans cet hôtel.

Ik kwam daar aan en mij reservatie klopte niet hoe ik online had geboekt
Dus ik had laten zien dat ik toch zo had gereserveerd
Maar die mevrouw aan de receptie had gezegd ja als je het wil hoe jij online hebt geboekt moet je bij betalen
Waar ik op antwoorden dat ik dat niet ga doen want op mij reservatie staat het goed
Waar zij toen in haar gat was gebeten en zij tegen een collega die naast haar stond
Ja dan zal ik maar een andere kamer geven aan haar
Wat ik eigenlijk wel heel onbeleefd vond hoe ze reageerde
Ik kreeg een andere kamer
Hele mooie kamer schoon behalve de vuilbak zat nog vol in de badkamer en wc was nog vies van de vorige voor ons
voor de rest was het een mooie kamer
Top locatie
Bij het uit checken kwam ik gelukkig die mevrouw van het inchecken niet tegen
Bij wie ik uit checkte was super super lief en er was ook een man die was ook super vriendelijk voor hun geef ik zeker een 10
En ik zou zeker nog een terug komen

Perfecte ligging, mooie ruime kamer(penthouse)
Vriendelijke service.
Ik heb hier al meerdere keren geboekt.
Parkeren kan naast het hotel, maar vind dit niet een fijne P-garage. Ik zet mij auto liever in Parking Horta.
Tip: met een kaart van interparking krijg je ook nog eens korting.
