Great hotel, comfortable beds, wonderful bathroom. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Definately a place to return!

Second stay in this hotel. On our first stay we were charged twice and there was a lot of hassle to get the payment refunded. Still we wanted to give them a second chance and booked again. We always keep our hotel rooms tidy and easy for housekeeping to to clean. This was no exception. Tipped housekeeping on the first night and the result was good. Did not tip the second day which resulted in nothing getting done. They didn't even remove the trash and used glasses from our room. When I ordered drinks (Gin Tonic) in the reseption they insisted that they should bring them to my room although they were mixed and ready and I said wanted to take the drinks myself. For this they added a service charge of 5 % which is rediculous, since I wanted to take the drinks to the room myself. The hotel, from the elevator to the reception, is in dyer need of some upkeep. Lots of cracked tiles on the walls and loose floor tiles in the bathroom. When showering the whole bathroom floor gets wet, resulting in unnessecary use of fresh towels to dry it up and avoid water damage. Had a couple of hours to spare in Antwerp after check out, but since the hotel doesn't offer luggage storage we weren't able to make much of the time. Asked for a receipt at check out. Was told it would be sent to my e-mail. This was yesterday, and still no receipt. All in all, we wanted to give them a second chance, but was instead convinced we'd be better off staying elsewhere on our next stay in Antwerp.

The price and location are attractive - but - no safe, no fridge, no toilet door, hopeless soundproofing. All in all, you shouldn't expect the standard of NH, Marriot, etc. Numerous other complaints were fixed upon request. The staff did care! Not one of our better holiday experiences but not all bad either. Three stars is fair I reckon.

Hotel is in a good location, about 10-15 minute walk from Grote Market and 5 minutes from main shopping street. Hotel is small but a lovely boutique style with comfortable rooms. Breakfast has a good choice, gluten free rolls provided, from 7-12.

So much nicer experience compared to big chain hotels. The room was stylish and unique. Great staff and a wonderful experience. Thank you, Julie and staff.

meubles poussiéreux, fauteuil délabré, fixation crochet pomme de douche ne tient pas, rideau mal accroché, murs des toilettes sales, draps déchirés, lits mal faits, parquet très rayé, odeur d'égouts dans l'hôtel. laque de la porte de la salle de bains abimé. Le service à l'accueil était attentif et charmant, le petit-déjeuner était de qualité , nous avons apprécié l'apéritif offert le 31 décembre. Malgré cela nous ne reviendrons pas et ne recommanderons pas cet hôtel. Nous avons transmis tout cela à la réception au moment de notre départ

Prachtige kamer, lieve gastvrouw(en). Goede service. Paar kleine puntjes: bij binnenkomst in de lobby ruik je een onaangename rioollucht. Dat is geen fijne binnenkomst. En er is op de kamer geen koffie of thee faciliteit. Daarentegen kun je 24/7 bestellen en komen ze bij je langs brengen. Hotel is zeker een aanrader en we komen graag een keer terug.
