"Byłem tu od 3 nocy i to było największe zakwaterowanie, jakie mielismy w Włoszech w tym roku. Hotel wygląda wspaniale, pokój, w którym mieszkaliśmy, był idealny. Pracownicy są po prostu niesamowitymi ludźmi, począwszy od dziewczyn, które spotkały nas na recepcji, kontynuując z dziewczynami na śniadanie i zakończając z super pomocną damą, która czyściła pokoje na naszej podłodze. Śniadanie było najlepsze, jakie mamy w naszej podróży do Włoch w tym roku i jeden z najlepszych ogólnie. Aby zakończyć / podsumować, jest warte pieniądze, ponieważ zostaniesz tutaj zepsuty."

"Hotel w Arco. Niektóre wspólne obszary są trochę przestarzałe (korytarze wyłożone wykładziną). Niedawno odnowiony pokój, ale wymagający naprawy (niewielki ślad przecieku na suficie), odpryśnięta podłoga na balkonie. Ogólnie przyzwoity, duży pokój, cichy, wygodne łóżko, czysty. Obfite i zróżnicowane śniadanie (płatne osobno 10 euro za osobę). Ładny, czysty basen. Wygodny parking (nie pobierałbym za niego opłaty, uważam, że jest nie na miejscu. 10 euro za dzień)."

"The reception was friendly and very attentive. 30 minutes after checking into our room, room service brought us a bowl of fruit and a bottle of ice-cold sparkling wine, as a welcome and greeting from the hotel management. The room was very clean, absolutely nothing to complain about. However, the room's location was unfortunately close to the bus station. Very busy... The food was good and plentiful. The male service was excellent. Unfortunately, some of the female service staff left a lot to be desired."

"Very nice Hotel in an old Monastery. Nice location, but also a few problems. During our stay, there was a group of 10-15 people at the restaurant and next day at the pool.. drinking and celebrating. Together with the crying babies, we could not find the quiet monastery and SPA spirit. Further, they have only a few sunbeds with mattress (and more sunbeds without). So, people reserve their sunbeds early in the morning similar as in Mallorca. Finally, the service could be more attentive. When we checked in (two men), we got a male and a female bathrobe/ slippers. Not sure why. The staff is very friendly!"
