W pokoju znajduje się kuchenka mikrofalowa i lodówka, więc można łatwo podgrzać sobie jedzenie. Jedynym minusem jest to, że pokój jest dość mały, ale wystarczająco duży, żeby się przespać."

"Hotel położony jest na granicy belgijskiej w pobliżu autostrady, z nową strukturą i autonomią energetyczną. Pokój jest dobrze zaopiekowany, dobrze zorganizowana restauracja obejmuje wellness z pokrytym basenem i na zewnątrz + sauny + hamm + masaż; jednak, uważam, że nie są one zorganizowane w odniesieniu do logistyki aspektu wellness. Przykład: prysznice nie są jasne jak je zacząć i po zakończeniu trzeba nacisnąć przycisk, ponieważ stop nie jest automatyczny (tak ścieki wody).. należy zainstalować znak, który wyjaśnia jak działać. Hotel ma bardzo dobrą lokalizację, a hotel ma bardzo dobrą lokalizację. Hotel jest bardzo dobrą lokalizacją do użytku wody i wody do picia wody z kabiny. "Do not believe all the 5-star reviews – they feel completely fake because of not descriptions but rudeness and horrible man attitud. This property has zero air conditioning, which is a major issue when it’s 33°C outside. The hotel claims they emailed guests several times to advise this, but we only received five messages on the actual day of arrival, saying we cannot check in past 9pm and we found out no A/C, it was already too late to cancel. When we asked if they had a fan because the room was unbearably hot, the manager’s response was shocking: “What? Do you think we are a 4-star hotel that provides fans?” However, we then found a fan hidden in the room. Unfortunately, it switched itself off every 40 minutes, meaning we had to wake up repeatedly during the night just to turn it back on. We also asked whether breakfast was included, and again the response was incredibly rude: “What do you expect at this nightly rate?” The room itself was clean and ok. For the price, we could have overlooked some of these issues. What made this stay unacceptable was the terrible customer service and the way we were spoken to. Hospitality is about making guests feel welcome, and this manager should not be working in the hospitality industry. I suggest you Pay a little more and stay somewhere that treats its guests with basic courtesy and respect. The old man had a horrible attitude. We left after spending a night as we arrived 930pm and left 8am in morning despite paying for 2 nights. He can keep the money and his attitude. He says we left room in state we have plenty of photos the room was left perfectly made sheets. We left in morning as reception is unmanned most of the time. This rude man can keep his money."
