"Most of the people are nice. The place is spacious and clean. The restaurant food is actually quite good. They offer free shuttle to downtown and airport, as well as Buttermilk. Here are a few downsides. 1. It is far from everything else. Quite, but not inconvenient. Shuttle goes every half an hour. 2. Give 4 bottles of drinking water at a time. Difficult to us 4 people. Why can they install a filtration system so that we can just get our own water? 3. We can hear all the squeaking sound upstairs while people walking. 4. Air control system is hard to maneuver. Overall, it is much cheaper than downtown hotels with bigger rooms."

The location couldn’t be better, a short walk to the Ajax base, and nice common areas (though the roof /pool hot tub was a disappointment ), valet park wing was quite convenient and while interaction with the staff was limited, they were all helpful."
